They provide a lot of comfort, amenities that many others wont. They provide free lawn care services, they will provide vaccum cleaners, mop, extra heating equipment if needed and depending on the apartment. Their employees are available 24/7. Our microoven was damaged once and they got us a new one literally the next day. Whenever there was any issue plumbing or electrical they would respond and solve the issue very fast. Expérience fantastique: I am living at AMBZ Property more than one year. When I was out side of Canada, I booked a room for me. I was little bit scared at first as I was outside Canada and I signed agreement without viewing the room directly. But they sent me videos and when I came here I got everything perfect. During staying with different people, I faced some issues, they resolved those very quickly. The house rules are so good to live with multi cultured people. Whenever we need to repair anything, they just do it immediately. As I am staying here alone, I think they are beside me as a friend, as a well wisher. Everytime whenever I faced any problem, I feel free to share with them. I hope they will keep their service like now to ensure their quality. All the best for them and thank you.
