Expérience fantastique: I would like to thank Matthew Russell and his team with DARBAZ REAL ESTATE GROUP for doing an outstanding job with the selling of my property, I’ve had dealings with larger well known Realtors Firms in the past, this Darbaz Real Estate Group surpassed my expectations. I had a 2 Apartment house to sell with Tenants, with rental agreement in place. I work at a Remote fly in and fly out project, this would add to the stress of selling my property. After meeting with Matthew Russell I was reassured, I could tell that he was a very Honest person, his integrity and his Professionalism to his job really showed, Getting this properly listed had to be done while I was away working , Matthew took care of contacting the Tenants to gain access to get the property ready for pictures Matt only be able to contact me after 7:00 pm, sometimes working until after midnight to get all the paperwork and documents signed before listing. Took 13 days from my first meeting with Matthew to listing on the market. The first day of the Listing of my property, Matthew had over 30 prospective buyers wanting to view the property, which was booked to start the next day, but before the end of the first day off the listing, Matthew had screened a prospective buyer, with a couple of counter measures put in place by Matthew, to ensure that the offer was legitimate, the offer was accepted before 11:00pm, the day of the listing! The day before the closing, there was a issue with one of the utilities, Matthew personally helped to clear snow, to gain access to the utility, got a contractor to fix the issue, to close the Deal. This shows true Character, and Commitment well over and above the requirements for the job. He is a great asset to Darbaz Real Estate Group.
