I personally had two recent situations where having him as a manager gave me total peace of mind. I purchased a new washing machine for a rental unit Nofel manages for me. After the delivery the machine would not turn on. I figured out if there’s a problem with the circuit breaker in the unit. Just one phone call and Nofel sent over an electrician who fixed the issue within an hour at a very reasonable cost. In another instance my wife dropped her ring down the sink. It was after hours, he came over late night to take the ring out of the sink drain because the ring had sentimental value. Overall, he provides exceptional service at very competitive rates!
