To close the deal quickly and secure his commission, he completely disregarded my safety and interests as a landlord. He ended up renting my property to a drug dealer. Initially, a single woman applied for the lease. I expressed concerns about why one person would need a 2,000 sq. ft. townhouse, but Allan insisted there were no issues and pushed me to sign. Trusting his 'professional' judgment as a first-time landlord was a huge mistake. His lack of due diligence and irresponsible attitude have caused me immense stress and potential legal trouble. Avoid this agent if you value your property and your peace of mind. On top of the safety risks, I ended up having to spend over $4,500 on repairs because the tenant caused extensive damage to the property. This agent’s negligence didn't just compromise my safety—it caused me a significant financial loss." To make matters worse, I sent a message to Allen regarding these issues, but he has completely ignored me and provided no response at all. Note: It is absolutely shocking and appalling that this agent requested my property's full address in a public comment section. This shows a complete and utter lack of professionalism and a total disregard for client privacy and safety. He has no concept of confidentiality, which is a fundamental duty in real estate. This is not just a mistake— it is a serious security risk. I can screen shot about Allan with me txt message here. Unfortunately can’t upload photos here. And I will going to Real Estate Council of Ontario i keep everything information. Initially, I didn't want to make a scene, but since you refuse to admit your mistakes, I am left with no choice but to take this action. This agent’s lack of professionalism is dangerous. Not only did he fail to vet the tenant, but he also had the audacity to ask me to post my full property address in a public comment section. This is a blatant violation of privacy and a massive security risk. In Ontario, real estate professionals are bound by strict confidentiality ethics, yet Allan has shown zero regard for my safety or the privacy of my home. It is clear he has no understanding of professional boundaries or his legal obligations to protect his clients.

He knew what to look for, both good and bad, and was always helpful with suggestions as to what and how things can be renovated and changed to suit our preferences.
