I will begin with Suzanne herself! I had the pleasure of meeting Suzanne back when my parents wanted to sell their house in 2011. She got it done, and she got it done quick! We, as a family, were so impressed then with how personal, efficient, and professional she was, all at the same time. So when the time came to sell my husband and I's condo in Port Whitby, and find a house for our growing family, we knew who to call. Suzanne was thrilled to help us, obviously, but took the time to sit down with us and ask us every little detail of what we wanted to find in a house. And boy, was she patient with us! We had just had our baby girl, we had just planned and had our wedding, and we wanted to start looking for a house ASAP because we were growing out of our condo. She made sure to always be as honest as possible with us, and she listened to our every demand, question or concern. She never treated us like we didn't know what we were doing (which we basically didn't lol) and she guided us through the whole process of selling and staging our condo, to house hunting. I cannot say enough good things about Suzanne. She let us know we could call her or text her or email her ANY time. Now, people say that, but they don't always mean it. But we literally had times where we messaged her at midnight, and she responded back within a few minutes! I don't know if she ever sleeps aha! But she's so dedicated to making sure her clients are always informed, up to date, and assured that they don't have to worry. She was always quick at getting us showings, and we got to see basically every house we wanted. She spent an entire afternoon with us just going from house to house so that we really got to see what we could get. In the end, Suzanne was able to find us our dream home, within our budget, and made the whole buying process easy as pie! She got our condo sold to wonderful people we knew were going to love it; not just the first decent offer that came in. And was able to get us a very good sell price might I add! People are jealous of the house we're in now, even my parents want to switch houses with us because our new home is in the perfect location for a new family. Park around the corner, quiet street, trusted neighborhood, and close to literally every amenity! And if all of this wasn't enough, Suzanne sent us a house warning gift of beautiful wines, reusable (and good quality) steel water bottle and coffee mug to go. Way too generous for someone who already took such great care of us. With Suzanne, you're going to get an agent that takes their time to make sure you get everything you want, and doesn't waste time trying to "convince" you into a house just to make a sale. She doesn't need fancy gimmicks like "teaser videos" with techno music and drone shots. She spends more time getting your house sold for the price you should get. Now, Suzanne's team. We had the pleasure of meeting her assistant Ashely, who was the sweetest woman you could ever meet! She was always quick to get back to us, and answered every question we had if Suzanne was unavailable (which she was rarely unavailable). Ashley was very professional, but at the same time, very down to earth and relatable. We also met Kate St. John, who help us with our open houses at the condo. Talk about another sweet woman who was down to earth! Patient as all get out with us, especially since our showings and open houses weren't easy to always do with a newborn who didn't have a schedule! She did a wonderful job with both open houses and we owe her a huge thanks for being just so awesome. Finally, we met Yvonne Rogers, who also took us on a couple of showings when Suzanne wasn't available. (Again, very rare she was unavailable). We loved that Suzanne got Yvonne to help us out. If you need a real estate agent, do yourself a favour, and choose Suzanne Mills!
