Expérience fantastique: I have known and worked with Sepehr for close to a decade now; buying two properties, and selling one, and my experience all three times has been nothing short of wonderful. As for the selling process, I had hoped to sell the property on my own, an effort to save some money, however, that was not proving to be as easy as I thought. When I contacted Sepehr again to work together, he immediately put a plan in place--a walk through where we discussed what I hoped to achieve, price-wise, bringing in a professional Photographer to take photos, and then listed the property within the same week. Within one day of listing, we had multiple showings and ended up breaking a record and selling at the highest price yet for that area! Not only that, but when multiple offers came in, thanks to his hard work and diligence on this property and seeing it's potential, he worked endlessly to ensure we understood what was happening, and broke down the various offers and the pros and cons. Once again, making sure we fully understood and were making a calculated decision on the best fit for us. Sepehr is a pleasure to work with, and always puts his clients first.
