She also helped me in the negotiation process too and I truly felt she was looking out for my best interest. Because I was buying the property myself, I obviously had a more modest budget but I never felt like I was not being prioritized. All in all, she was very responsive and it was I think only 2.5 months between seeing the first home to getting possession of the house I purchased. They also gave me a super kind and generous gift basket on my possession day! ☺️

Expérience négative: Trina was more focused on her own personal life than assisting us with selling and then purchasing a new property. Don’t be afraid to fire a realtor. I wish we fired this agent from our listing. Terrible experience with this agent both in selling and attempting to purchase. Thankfully we had a much better referral to another agent who was extremely knowledgeable with the current market and totally understood our situation. That agent was mortified by what happened to us with Trina. We will never recommend this agency again.

Expérience négative: I was interested in a listing that Megan is in charge of. Was trying to request a viewing of it, and was asked 3 times in separate emails that spanned 2 days if I was approved or in the process of being approved for a loan. Now being a first time home buyer with great credit, waiting for approval was the least of either of our concerns. But I got two other emails questioning if I had submitted it. I once again assured her that I did, that I work out of town, and that I had hoped to have viewed the home by now. She never replied back. It’s nice being a “realtor” when real estate is booming. But with this attitude, she won’t get you far once it slows down. Would want someone that is trying to sell my place to do the minimum. I’m not one for leaving reviews but this left me speechless

With multiple interest rate hikes and a market clearly changing from “a sellers” to “a buyers”, we were prepared for this to be a long drawn out experience filled with multiple twists and turns.
