Steve built a well researched sales plan based on what was happening with the market and he brought in an excellent photo crew that built a 3D image. When it came time to look at houses to buy he gave valuable input on pros/cons to the houses we looked at. He was game to look at all the listings we brought to him as well as find us listings that matched what we were looking for.
