The process was easy and stress free and we would like to thank her for the great job in selling our home! However - after closing things changed. If there is anything I would like to point out as constructive criticism to Jennifer is: "Please appreciate your client and the business they have given you, as you never know where you may come across each other again". It would have been a nice gesture to receive at least a card or something to thank us for our business, as the realtor fees were quite high. We sold within two weeks during a sellers market. We were living in Whitby at the time and needed a real estate person who could work with whoever was representing the sellers up there while looking after our interests. Several people we knew recommended Jen as she had worked well with them without any problems. Jen came through for us. We not only obtained the property at an excellent price, we were able to negotiate the subsequent renting of that property to the couple who sold to us, as they had to wait for an opening at a particular retirement home and needed a month by month rental residence.
