They were able to sell my condo durring a depressed market when other agents could not. Justin and Trace suggested some minor chanes to room layouts and came to every showing to highlight the unit and successfully sold my condo at a time when they were hard to sell. Then they helped me find a suitable house in my price range which took a lot of work. When it was time to sell the market was hot and they brought in more help to manage crowds in a few short showings instead of many individual showings, which is a lot easier for me.
