Expérience négative: I purchased a property from a seller that Maria Hussain represented. Throughout the whole process from viewing the property, to trying to rectify damages from our house inspection, to closing the deal, down to the possession day; the whole process was incredibly difficult and unprofessional with Maria and her client. We had to push back our scheduled re-inspection because the repairs weren’t fixed despite them saying everything was done. Even on the re-inspection date, majority of repair items were not even completed despite them saying they would be. The property was left extremely dirty (see photos) with many of the sellers belongings still scattered throughout the house on possession day despite checking in with her multiple times days prior and her assuring us that the house would be clean and the belongings would be gone. We brought this to Maria’s attention immediately after receiving the keys and no solution was offered for the cleaning of the property or junk removal. We were advised to make arrangements on our own to rectify the situation. Neither her nor her client would take responsibility. Contractual terms don’t mean anything to them as they know the cost of taking the legal route outweighs the cost of rectifying the situation. Her seller showed no willingness to work with us and gladly welcomed us taking legal action. Further, the seller did not provide any garage fob or amenity building access fob. Maria told us to once again deal with it ourselves as the seller doesn’t have them. It has been a very stressful and frustrating experience working with Maria.
