Fantastic experience: Carwash since 2006

Negative experience: This property management company is supposed to remove Garbage from staples at Shawville Boulevard. The garbage is overflowing. It’s all over the place and you guys are supposed to be property management company … absolutely abhorrent… so you don’t work on Saturdays… you should’ve emptied it on Friday. Absolutely disgusting. I’m gonna post a picture of the garbage.

Negative experience: Anyone who has been a tenant or has had an experience dealing with Riocan knows how difficult they are. It is hard to say anything good about them.

Positive experience: BUSY!! Good deal for car wash however!

Negative experience: Couldn't get the machine to accept my credit card

Negative experience: Whoever RioCan hires to do their snow removal at 130th Avenue should be terminated. Giant rock in the middle of the parking lot by Bulk barn. Plus they think it’s acceptable to park their snow plow trucks and trailers also in the middle of the lot designated for customers

Negative experience: Overpriced not worse money spent. Was honestly existed about their lobster special , but was disappointed. Drinks was ok

Fantastic experience: I took my mom to HomeDepot to purchase flowers for her outside pots and gardens. This is something we do together every year and we always come to this HomeDepot first. They always have a great variety of perennials and annuals and their prices are as good as you get in the times we live in. I definitely recommend this HomeDepot, it's the one that I always return to when I need some type of home related improvement.

Fantastic experience: Went to the newly opened London Drugs in Shawnessy. Brand new store. Big wide isles. Nice staff.

Positive experience: I recently visited a Riocan property and was underwhelmed by the overall experience. While the property did have a decent selection of stores, I found that the overall atmosphere was lacking. The stores themselves were okay, but nothing really stood out to me as exceptional. Additionally, I found the layout of the property to be a bit confusing, with poor signage and a lack of clear directions. This made it difficult to navigate and find what I was looking for. Overall, while the Riocan property did have some okay stores, I wasn't particularly impressed with the experience as a whole. It's certainly not the worst shopping destination out there, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend it as a top choice.

Fantastic experience: Canadian tire products in stock. Quickly processed through the cashier. Parking was easy. Julius in Appliances and a Lovely young lady assisted me today Dec 17, 22.

Positive experience: This shopping district has everything that you pretty much need. Walmart, groceries, coffee, Canadian Ture, restaurants etc. Not a fan of the new overpass and entry as its pretty much a one way in, one way out (via MacLeod) and it can get congested. Overall a standard shopping experience.

Fantastic experience: This place is great to run your errands. There is a variety of stores plus banks, registry, YMCA, Canadian Tire, Wallmart, Best Buy, Michael's, MacDonald, Tim Hortons, Carters, Gas station, Winners, etc.

Positive experience: Superstore use to have the best sourdough bread anywhere, they couldn't keep it on the shelf. Now it tastes horrible, I am sure they end up throwing most of it out, each week its not even worth making.

Fantastic experience: Did an early wash this morning and the wash bay area is clean as always. The water pH is perfect no water marks on my car.

Negative experience: The Canadian tire parking lot wa shorribly designed. The entry coming from south from the old Lowes is sized for one way but is a two way. I got stuck there trying make the corner, lucky wasn't in my good car.

Positive experience: Nice variety of stores, could use more restaurants imo. Pretty decent to get in and out of there by vehicle and public transit is also convenient.

Positive experience: Refilled 2 tanks of Propane. Very efficient and professional.

Positive experience: All the storefronts seem clean and the sidewalks are well maintained.

Positive experience: While it is a nice complex, it is very difficult to access the south side of the complex when you enter from McLeod Trail South onto 162nd. You end up having to go all the way down past Canadian Tire to access the southern portion of the complex. I find myself trying to avoid going there these days. One positive about the complex is the large selection of shops and restaurants. There is something for everyone

Negative experience: well... there’s a reason a lot of the properties they manage are closing. Lowe’s, Pier 1, Supercuts. all have said that RioCan jacked their leases and are the worst property management company around.

Positive experience: Basically the Shawnessy Shopping Mall stretched out for blocks A YMCA, library, skating rinks and the LRT are right there too.

Fantastic experience: The business at Riocan are all that you need. They have Bestbuy, Walmart, several banks and all the clothing stores you can think of. Michael's and Canadian Tire round it off which a smattering of food and services throughout. Check it out for all your shopping needs!

Positive experience: Plenty of parking in any of the areas in this shawnessy mall. Quite a lot of stores to choose from . We do all of our grocery shopping in the last few years here

Fantastic experience: The shopping centre really makes the area a convenient place to live. Options for home repair, big box stores and grocery shopping. There's also many options for recreation in the YMCA and arena attached to the library and high school as well as walking trails surrounding the area. Finally there many options for restaurants from chains to small business ownership.

Positive experience: Very handy place to shop. Just about everything you want is on one of the four corners. But there always seems to be some sort of major construction. So pay attention and be prepared to be extra careful, patient, polite and courteous.

Positive experience: I don't enjoy shopping there. Stores are everywhere and the signage is minimal. Traffic is always busy making driving frustrating. In addition, it's hard to get to if you are coming from the south. You are directed to an off ramp north past the stores then you must travel south through all the shopping areas to get to the Home Depot.

Fantastic experience: I go here constantly, there's a few choices for fast food and lots of shopping. There isn't necessarily "fun" shopping, it's more like a place you go when you need something. Nothing wrong with that for me, personally, but it's a word of warning.
