He'll go over every detail when looking at a house, from materials used, things you want to look out for, expected repair costs, or if the place isn't worth your time or effort, he'll let you know. He got us our place, under asking, and for $65K less than what neighbouring houses sold for in the same month, in one of the worst markets for purchasing. I can only imagine what he can do in a good buyers market. Couldn't recommend a better agent, because there probably isn't one.

Fantastic experience: I bought my first home with Cathy 15 years ago and she was amazing. I was then an actor and she drove all around town on my behalf to get the paper work done at the last minute, while I was doing a double show day out of town. It was a stressful day for sure but she went above and beyond to make the deal happen. Fast forward 10 years and my partner and I bought our forever home with Cathy and Jeff. We did lose out on a home or two that we really wanted but we ended up with the home that was perfect for us! Cathy and Jeff were so supportive and understanding of the highs and lows that we experienced and were with us every step of the way.
