Fantastic experience: If you want to buy a home or condo, this is the best team without a doubt! I made the decision to buy a new home because the one I was in wasn't working for me anymore. Trying to find one was another story. It was really hard because almost every time I called an agent to see a place they told me it already had an offer on it and I didn't want to get into multiple offer situations where the price gets jacked up. I was getting so frustrated that I almost gave up looking. My boss said he had worked with Gina and Andrew before and that when he was in the same situation, they made all the difference. Fantastic experience: I had known Andrew in another field prior to selecting him and Gina to be our real estate brokers. My wife Pauline and I were retiring and relocating to Ontario to be closer to Pauline's family. They helped us find our new home and to be honest, it wouldn't have happened without them. We met Andrew when he came over to our condo to talk about Clark Groups VIP buyer service. Fantastic experience: We felt great energy right from the beginning with Gina and Andrew at Clark Group Realty. My father and I wanted to sell our home at the time and it's a good thing we found them. It was a tricky situation because we had to sell and buy at the same time.
