Negative experience: Absolutly horrible service. Rude staff, never get a call back even though i was promissed a call back within 48 hours. Upperbee requests are never completed in a timely manner and closed for no reason. I called the main line and "Oliver" answered who calims to not work for the company but answers their phones and takes messages for them. seems like a breach of privacy. Overall very poor, slow and unprofessinal service.

Positive experience: Very realable,easy access through UpperBee. More difficult by phone.

The owner and general manager, Roger Abdalla, has a wealth of knowledge, and I appreciate working with him. He is efficient and his advice is usually spot on. As well, he is respectful in dealing with our residents, which I appreciate. Here's looking forward to 2025!

Negative experience: Since this company took over our condo, it has made our experience terrible. There’s no communication whatsoever. I tried to speak with them many times and it almost sounds like an AI talking to me. It’s very weird, I wouldn’t trust this company and wouldn’t recommend.

Positive experience: They are having hard time controlling condo association. Not posting correct information about pool time or notify of pool closures due to water conditions. Slow to answer questions but when they do you and several people answering

Fantastic experience: I recently needed to have my garage remote control replaced and contacted Samurai (my condo management team) for assistance. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they responded and mailed the replacement to me right away. The service was efficient and hassle-free, and I truly appreciate their prompt attention to my request. Initially, I was not informed about the cost of the replacement beforehand, which was a bit surprising. However, after expressing my concern, Samurai management apologized for the oversight and acknowledged the importance of better communication regarding fees. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the quick service and support from the condo management. Their willingness to address and correct issues shows their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Negative experience: Nous avons eu une très mauvaise expérience avec Gestion Samurai. Ils n’ont pas respecté leur contrat. Les visites à notre immeuble étaient quasi inexistants alors que le contrat stipule 4 X par mois. Ils n’ont rédigé aucun procès-verbaux en un an. Pire encore, ils ont fait très peu de suivis pour régler des problèmes importants chez des copropriétaires (lors des dégâts d’eau par exemple). Par contre, ils ont une stratégie très efficace pour obtenire des étoiles ici, mais ce n’est assurément pas mérité.

My building has changed many property management companies in the past years. I would say GESTION SAMURAI is the best, they are reliable and fair. Roger is a great professional property manager! Even though there were many opinions and questions from the owners, he was very patient during the Annual General Meeting. His team is highly efficient, helpful and supportive when dealing with our building issues. I highly recommend GESTION SAMURAI to anyone who needs a company to manage their building.
