Fantastic experience: Amazing Service

Negative experience: In the beginning, he will seem like the best agent — very hardworking, very attentive, organizing open houses and showing you how “diligent” he is. After just a few days, you start noticing strange things. The visitors coming to the open house all seemed very casual, often single individuals, and it gave the impression that interest was being artificially created. He spent hours filming videos with promises of marketing campaigns and promotion, but afterward, nothing happened and no marketing or videos were done....just centris waiting for the miracle. He also hired a photographer to take pictures of the property, and during that process, personal belongings went missing from the house the same day ! A few weeks before the contract ended, he suddenly suggested reducing the price by more than $180,000. I clearly explained from the very beginning that I was already selling at a loss and could not go lower. The original listing price had been set based on his recommendation in the first place. When I objected and asked him to continue trying at the agreed price, instead of working through the issue, he simply told me to check my email for the contract termination. It felt like the moment there was any disagreement, he chose the easiest way out. Communication also is very poor. I would respond to his texts the same day, while his replies could take a week or more because he was clearly busy with other properties. At the start, the promises and “honey words” sound convincing, but in my experience, it was mostly an illusion. Please be careful before signing with him. I am sure he will respond by saying that what I wrote is not true or that I was the rude one. But this review is simply my personal experience. All I asked was to keep the agreed price and wait until the contract naturally ended, since I had already explained from the beginning that I could not reduce the price further because I was already selling at a loss.

When he showed up on my door to offer help to sell my previously unsold house, I was surprised how well-prepared he was. He had done detailed research and market analysis of my house and the area. Once I decided to list the house, his team showed up very proactive. They set up a WhatsApp group to coordinate everything, from pictures to visits and all. The listing looked amazing. Once the visits started, Karim would be present at every visit. After every visit, Karim took the time to give me detailed feedback from potential buyers. He also shared detailed analytics from listing and went over how well the listing is performing in detail. This was a completely different experience than what I had with a previous broker. On sentait qu'on pouvait avoir confiance en lui, car, même lorsqu'une maison alléchante nous intéressait, plutôt que de sauter sur l'occasion pour avoir sa comission, Karim prenait le temps de nous ralentir, de nous faire prendre du recul et réfléchir pour ne pas se lancer dans un achat désavantegeux... Il préférait nous conseiller d'attendre, quitte à obtenir une comission plus petite, des mois plus tard, lorsqu'on aura trouvé un meilleur deal.
