Fantastic experience: Nav handled both our sale and our purchase, and he was straight with us both times. The house we bought had been listed repeatedly for over two years despite its features and location, and Nav wouldn't assume that was luck. He had a lawyer look into it, and what they found needed to be addressed before we could buy with confidence. Because we knew before making our offer, we went in aware of what the seller needed to deliver at closing. It turned out to be a great house. When our old house wasn't selling, Nav told us plainly that the price was the problem. We lowered it on his advice, and he contacted everyone who had viewed the house to tell them about the new price. That outreach led to our offer two days later, and the sale firmed five days after that. He worked hard on both sides of our move, and he told us what we needed to hear rather than what we wanted to hear. We highly recommend him. Working with him was a pleasure, and if we weren't so happy in the house we bought, we'd hire him again tomorrow.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, my experience with this realtor Manny Kirk was disappointing and frustrating. He failed to listen to my needs and priorities was over confident, condescending and rude realtor. Really surprised to see many positive reviews. He consistently talked down to me, making me feel belittled and disrespected. His attitude and behavior made it clear that he was not interested in understanding my needs or priorities. Fantastic experience: Manny made the complicated process of buying and selling my house easy. He was always available, answered every phone call and made me feel like every question I had was important. He explained every process in detail and constantly provided updates while my house was on the market. Even after my house was sold he called me to inquiry if I knew what the next steps were and proceed to advise which I found admirable. He is a very detailed individual which is what I needed since I knew very little about selling or buying a house. He respected all my opinions and decisions and never pushed me into a direction he wanted me to go. I found him to be a very solid individual who takes his job seriously.
