Well, it's not just a matter of expertise in the mechanicals (market savy, tactics, business acumen etc.), things you would expect from any experienced professional; rather, it's the many intangibles - most importantly, the ability not only to relate to and engage people, but to do so enthusiastically and open-heartedly. As an example, long after the sale had closed, I was surprised (and delighted) to be presented with a scale model replica of the house (my first) I had lived in for almost 25 years - "the extra mile" as they say. It's not every day you sell a house. For me, dealing with Christine was an altogether pleasant and memorable experience.

She gave her time to show us properties, give an estimate on our homes value and was even able to provide contacts for some home improvements to get our house looking great for the market.
