Fantastic experience: Well I finally closed (the problem of putting a property on the market when the market decides to become a roller coaster). As a single person selling a large property and moving across the country I had a fair amount of anxiety. From the getgo Ann said, "We'll take care of you". Yeah. Sure. Frankly I've heard that before. Fantastic experience: Like allot of City people looking to escape to a more rural setting, we were on a mission to find the perfect property/home outside of the city. We came across a listing on MLS that we had liked and decided to take the plunge and begin looking. I had contacted Ann one evening about possibly seeing the property the very next morning. Ann was amazing to deal with form this point forward! Told her that we weren't working with an agent and would like for her team to represent us on the buy side as well. Ann and Bonnie quickly reacted and we met Bonnie the following morning at the property. Bonnie had put aside a Family commitment to make this happen and it definitely set the stage for the service level that we experienced throughout our search. From inspectors, septic companies, gas guys, general contractors and anyone else that we had questions from, Ann and Team were quick to respond and introduce anyone that we needed to speak to. We ended up finally purchasing a home and have been very satisfied with our purchase. Although the purchase has now closed and we have taken possession of the property, Ann continues to be available with any questions that we have. Lifelong city people, moving out "to the country" has been the toughest decision that we have ever had to make as a Family, but Ann and team have made us feel welcome as if we have been lifelong friends.
