Fantastic experience: We weren't looking very seriously for a house, but wandered through an open-house one day that we really liked the look of and very suddenly found ourselves in need of a realtor. Blair had been recommended to us by family so we emailed him on a Saturday afternoon of a holiday weekend looking for some more information, and by the end of the weekend he had helped us put in an offer that was accepted. Blair was always quick to respond to our emails and texts and provided us with all the important information we needed in a very short amount of time, and made sure we knew all the things we needed to do and when. I liked the way he offered concrete examples and current market data in a fast changing market. It really helped us make well-informed decisions. Was also quite pleased with his negotiating skills. He knows what to look for, how to arrive at the best possible solution, and how to hold a deal together right to the end. You can tell he has been through a lot of negotiations.

I should first mention that my husband and I had been looking for 'the right property' for over 6 years all the time Blair, Katrina and Dustin were the embodiment of patience. It was like they'd been in the starting blocks for 6 years and blasted out of the gate ready to get us anything we needed. Property lawyers all on vacation because it's the middle of summer - no problem - Blair connected us with his lawyer the same day.
