The condo was literally on the market for just over 2 months where other comparable properties have been on the market for much longer, and some still not sold. When decisions needed to be made, we were able to address them quickly, efficiently and there was no delay in anything related to the sale. I would recommend Scott Walker in a heartbeat if you want a true professional who knows how to get things done.

Expérience fantastique: In our house, well our new house, we give our real estate agents wrestling names because of the shear amount of work and effort they put into helping us find and purchase a new home. In our corner we had Scott Walker Smooth Talker, Darlene the Machine Barbour, and Tony. I don't have a nickname for Tony, but he did break his foot and helped us see our place with a broken foot and crutches so that has to count for something right? Anyway, Scott and Darlene were exceptionally knowledgeable, they knew the ins and outs of every house we saw, they have a rich history of the Delta region, and were very helpful and patient with all our questions. The team really made us feel like we were in good hands. It was an absolute pleasure to work with them, and if I were buying more houses in Delta I'd also work with with them again. They also have Tony, and if there is anything I learned it is that there are two types of people in this world: 1) People who love Tony and 2) Jerks. Don't be #2.
