I used their expertise when selling my property recently. From day one, Caprice advised me on how to stage my property for photos, visitations, and provided me with detailed market assessments. Expérience fantastique: I had a great experience with Abbey and Olivier, I worked with Caprice who was very patient, listened to what I wanted and made it happen! I was very indecisive and nervous with my first purchase and she really made me feel more comfortable as we took our time.

Expérience négative: High on promises, short on delivery. They will assess how much money they can make off you with the least amount of effort. They cut corners and are borderline competent. I am glad to see there is a competitor which has just opened an office a street away. My wife and I almost lost a buyer due to their multiple blunders.
