When we contacted Anna she came well prepared with a realistic pricing strategy. She advised us on how best to prepare the home for showings. On the day the house went on the Market, we had four showings scheduled and another four over the course of four days. Anna followed up with all of the people who viewed the home and their agents and on day four we had two offers, one for full asking which we accepted. Once we had an accepted offer Anna prepared an offer for the Condo we were interested in and after a little back and forth we had an offer $10,000 under asking accepted. I cannot praise her work enough and will not hesitate to refer her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
