When my father fell ill and his house became our responsibility to sell, I immediately called Justina. She struck me as someone who would be dependable, have our best interest in mind, and treat us with that special touch of making us feel as if we were her only clients, even though we knew that she was busy working with other clients as well. I was not wrong. She came up with a detailed plan and executed it perfectly! When buying my first home I didn’t exactly know what I wanted in terms of features but I knew I wanted to live in downtown Kelowna. Eventually, it became obvious that I wasn’t going to find my forever home in downtown Kelowna and I suggested we look elsewhere but Justina refused and told me that location was the one thing I couldn’t change. So, she knocked on doors in neighborhoods and homes that I liked. This was after we had looked at 22 homes! Anyway, in the end, Justina was able to find the perfect place for me and after seven years - I am still living in that home. Now, I am looking to purchase again and we are on the hunt! Justina’s approach is professional, witty, and informative. It feels like she is looking to build a solid client base rather then just a solid close rate. Happy shopping!
