When it came time to sell our house, Sara was confident in the strategic planning of how we should sell. Given the nature of our home (built in 1875) there were some jobs that needed to be tackled. Her husband Matt came in to paint and complete some unfinished projects, and they both helped with strategic staging of rooms and furniture. They assisted with professional photos and videos that showed off the unique qualities of our home. Sara did her research, and helped us choose a market entry date in early January. This led to tons of viewers checking out our home on MLS and on social media. The end result was amazing - we ended up selling our home in 5 days, with multiple offers. Given the unique nature of our home, this could have been a challenging house to sell, but Sara's expertise led to a fantastic sale at asking price! I should also mention that Sara is kind, patient, personable, and funny. There could be a house on the market for 3 days, and if your agent doesn't respond or doesn't shoot you info on that house, you will miss it. Needless to say Sara was by far the most responsive agent I have dealt with. She was very quick to respond and always willing to make the long days longer to show me every house I requested. She was very honest and upfront about house prices and what was realistic and in the end we landed the home we wanted at the price we wanted. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Long Version: When my girlfriend (now fiancée) and I were looking to purchase our first house, we quickly found one that we found in love with. We had met Sara a few weeks earlier, after finding her on Facebook, but at this point haven't signed any agreement with her. We went and saw the house that we were interested in, and the listing agent offered us a reduced commission rate because she would be the buyer and seller. From the moment we met with her, we had a really good feeling about Sara, and wanted to work with her.
