When I decided to start my search for a real estate agent, it involved looking at individuals who were always recommended and reading reviews from people just like me (who knew nada about real estate). Chukwu and Sirluckhomes was one that was recommended over and over again and I can honestly say I see why! Chukwu is so professional and soo knowledgeable about the industry, market trends etc. He is also soo willing to share this knowledge and educated me along the way whenever I had questions. Chukwu is also surrounded by a great team of professionals and is willing to make recommendations if required. He connected me with an equally knowledgeable and professional mortgage broker. Throughout the search process, Chukwu and team were super nimble and never complaining about my ever changing requests (sorry!) I literally changed where I wanted to live a few times lol..it was always met with a dedication to serve and ensure that we find a home that is best for me. Chukwu was also relentless in finding a way..LITERALLY. After arriving at a home we went to view in Mid January and seeing 4Ft of snow surrounding the entire house..Chukwu sprung into action and thought quickly about how to get inside. He used a plywood miraculously found in his Sirluckhomes truck and created a bridge and led the way into this freezing home (all heat was turned off!). There were no signs of life (no footprints etc)..yet Chukwu made it happen! Once finding a home I loved..Chukwu went to work and did the analysis on the Price point that should be the max im willing to pay and then provided recommendations on what I should offer and a strategy to get there..always asking what I wanted and displaying what's on the table should they counter or decide not to bite. Chukwu was dead on! We got exactly what I wanted to pay after 36 hours of negotiations. His valuation was also precisely what was confirmed by the lender's appraiser which speaks volumes on his knowledge and abilities. Throughout the entire process Chukwu was professional but also personal. He did not try to just get a house purchased but he was personally invested in finding the right home for me. There were many times that we walked into a house and within minutes Chukwu said "Nope! Let's go" and turned around lol because he knew that I didn't want a fixer upper and he quickly identified issues with the home or "patch jobs" that would be headaches for me to fix. I appreciated his honesty and experience knowing that he truly wouldn't recommend a house that he wouldn't buy himself. Chukwu - you're the bestest.
