Expérience fantastique: Thank you Jes for making our journey of finding the perfect home for my family fun and magical. You made us feel, through your guidance in real estate, everything is possible to be a homeowner. You showed us houses that are fitting to our requirements. You told us to feel the energy inside and outside the house and if we can visualize ourselves living in it. You were very technical too. In every house we visited, you inspected the electrical room to see how old heating and air-conditioning systems were. You roamed around the house checking structural damage or water damage, how does the house smelled like (musty, cigarette, and animal odor), signs of mold, any possible renovation, etc. You hooked us up with a great mortgage and lawyer as well. You guided us financially about what to do and not to do during the process of buying. One of the major things I love about Jes is that you didn't push a house for the sake of commission. You said if the offer is not accepted, there will be other houses for us. And true enough, our offer got accepted in just 3 weeks of house hunting (5 sessions only). Thank You Jesabel for your expertise in buying our first house. I'm looking forward to many more houses down the road with you!
