The move to Montreal has been so much easier so far because of Samuel!

Expérience négative: They do a credit check that deducts points without getting consent and ignore you when you ask them to fix it. They also tell you the check will not cost points but it does. Confirmed by the credit bureau it was them causing the deduction. The credit bureau rarely fixes this so now I am stuck with deducted points off an already low credit score. BEWARE!! You are nothing but a $ to them and it's obvious. They ignore questions, don't want to answer questions without forcing you into a viewing (if you have a pet you're not going to commit to a viewing without knowing pets are allowed - common sense). They falsely advertize/give misinformation to get you to commit to a viewing for a unit. They send videos for units. And then say 'it's not this unit but it's similar'. Unfriendly, unprofessional. Do not recommend.
