The spacious atrium and well-maintained interiors are frequently mentioned as standout features.

Its prime location offers convenience for those seeking passport services, employment insurance, or commercial spaces, all within walking distance of other downtown amenities.
Heritage Court: Reviews

Fantastic experience: Beautiful place
Fantastic experience: The lady who served me at service Canada was excellent
Fantastic experience: Went to Service Canada. Service was top notch and associates were kind and helpful.
Fantastic experience: Good service
Positive experience: Went to service Canada for EI issues and the 2 staff people at the door were not the most welcoming. Made us and others feel like we were inconveniencing them waiting in line at the door for them to help us. No smiles no hello just here's a clipboard and yes not even how can I help. Luckily the person who saw me after was quick and very kind went above and beyond to help me figure everything out and get things done accurately and quickly.
Positive experience: I wanted to love this place - I tried so hard to love this place, unconditionally given its mired past in supporting such well-meaning institutions as Eaton's, home of lavishly unnecessary furnishings and sporting goods. A pillar of the Canadian economy of pre-WW1 times and a relic to our storied past as distributor-extraordinaire, honoring its architectures from revolving door enterprises, I was encouraged by Heritage Management's ethos of restoring the past and preserving historical roots. Unfortunately, from the photographs on the walls to the shielded aquarium hidden under the stairs, all sorts of folks file in and out of this place with all the respectability of a federal service and none of the recognition that its planning deserves. Unappreciated and tacky in color, the beige walls are a constant reminder of the unimpressive modesty and grandeur in waiting, discovered only by those in the know and slow.
Positive experience: This place houses the office of Service Canada
Fantastic experience: Busy place
Fantastic experience: Awesome....nice
Positive experience: It was good I wish they had employees to greet you
Positive experience: Typical gov't bldg, line up's and no one speaks your language anymore...

Fantastic experience: This place brings back alot of Moncton NB history
Fantastic experience: The place to go when applying for a passport.
Fantastic experience: Looking to get your Passport quick. They have a 20 dollars extra fee to get your passport as quick as 10 business days as I received mine 5 days after as I requested to pick it up at the Heritage Court Federal Building on the 1st Floor. Also MASK are required to enter the Government section and that was from the Week of February 9th.
Positive experience: Went to service canada
Positive experience: Was at service Canada and the service was super slow and the attents were very unhelpful
Positive experience: I needed a copy of a RoE. I went with my 3 year old. It was quick and everyone was kind to us.
Fantastic experience: Nice
Positive experience: Free parking is Awesome for a Government building located downtown... I went here regarding my passport application, which they could not process faster than 14 weeks, meaning I have to take a trip to Fredricton NB, from Moncton to get passport application done faster. They also process EI applications here
Fantastic experience: Had to wait outside until being served
Negative experience: Heritage court was the historic home of an Eaton's distribution centre and a department store. It was renovated in a very unfortunate way by Heritage property management. Instead of preserving the tasteful architecture, fenestration and masonry, they clad over the windows and parts of the brickwork with aluminum siding. The lobby is very dated but the buildings one redeeming feature is the large atrium that rises to the roof in a section of the lobby, and that is what keeps me from rating it 1 out of 5 stars.
Fantastic experience: I was attending to some business at Service Canada due to my husband passing away and Staff were so helpful and courtesious. Made my trip so much easier.
Fantastic experience: Trámite el NSS y fue súper rápido. Muy atentos todos.

Fantastic experience:
Fantastic experience: New Brunswick's main office area and downtown hub!
Positive experience: Improvement to the staff parking would be an asset. Unused space is used to ticket cars that are properly parked but 'not in designated zones'. Very dry air during winter and hot during summer. Maintenance will only 'Fix' issues if an internal request is made. Elevators are in maintenance/downb a few times. Once having people inside.
Fantastic experience: I've worked out of this building for over 13 years and I wouldn't want to work anywhere else in the city. Clean, modern, well-maintained building with lots of free parking, a cafe, a hair salon and a gym. Within 5-10 minute walking distance of all that downtown Moncton has to offer.
Fantastic experience: Beautiful and historical building !
Positive experience: Nice building, however it sucks if your the one that needs to be In Court
Positive experience: Old building taking part of Moncton historical history.
