Fantastic experience: I recently worked with Tim (and Mark and Terri, from the Mark & Tim Real Estate Team) to sell my mother’s home, and the experience was smooth, professional, and impressively modern from start to finish. They created a customized video to showcase the property and paired it with a strong mix of marketing tools. Tim promoted the listing across social media as well as the standard real estate websites. Throughout the process, I received weekly statistics showing how the listing was performing across multiple realtor platforms. I appreciated the timely text and email notifications for every booked showing, along with follow up notes on how each viewing went and whether the buyers had interest in moving forward. When there were offers, Tim sent me a video message capturing his thoughts and considerations, to help me in judging the offer. Fantastic experience: It was all new to us having lived in the same house for nearly 50 years. We were very pleased to have Century 21 Millennium navigate us through the process and we chose Mark & Tim because of their unique approach to selling real estate. Our home sits on a large 1 plus acre lot with many mature trees and perennial gardens. Their use of drones and the professional operation of such by Paris of the Century 21 Millennium team produced a spectacular view of the property. This was a significant asset in the sale of our house. Mark & Tim arranged for in-house staging and excellent video coverage of the interior. This highly professional approach led to 60 showings of our home resulting in a very satisfactory sale. Fantastic experience: When my husband and I decided it was time to downsize while we could, we started by looking for a condo in an area we wanted. We found one listed with the Mark and Tim Real Estate Team Century 21 Millennium Inc. Mark Barbosa became our agent. After taking us through the condo unit and explaining things, we were able to quickly seal a deal with the purchase. Because we were comfortable with how this was handled, we chose to stay with Mark for the sale of our property. Photos and a video were taken while the place was still furnished and we were pleased with the presentations. We were kept up to date with all the viewings and interests. Suggestions that were offered to us were appreciated and dealt with. Any information that was requested or questions that needed to be answered were handled well. Our initial draw to them is the way that they market the properties they are selling - and they did not disappoint with the video and photos they did for us! During our first meeting, Tim was very thorough walking us through the entire process. We listed in November, so they were careful to set some realistic expectations for us in terms of what to expect for showing and how long selling might take. Their market analysis and pricing recommendations were on point. Fantastic experience: We had a very complicated sale that fell through 5 times because of the buyers and Tim was there for us all the way through! This odd and difficult situation went on from September 2024 through to the end of March 2025 and Tim was professional, he worked with our lawyers, and prepared things in a way that would benefit us if we had needed to go to court. He’s a great advisor and builds relationships with other professionals in the community. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: As a first time home buyer I was pretty nervous and knew absolutely nothing about the process of buying a house and everything that goes into it but when I met Terri Edmonestone everything became so easy and more important it was fun and enjoyable looking for a place. Terri went so far above and beyond helping me for the whole process ( it took a while lol), never once got annoyed with me and was always so encouraging and upbeat. We finally found the place I was looking for and I bought it! Terri helped me with getting utility info and all sorts of things and when the closing day came she met me at my house with a big gift basket and some gift cards. We still stay in contact as I consider her a friend and as I make changes inside and out she will be one of the first to get the pictures of the renovations.
