Fantastic experience: When it came time to sell my mother's house after she passed away, I had no idea where to start. Fantastic experience: Tim was AMAZING! From the very beginning he was super responsive and would communicate with us until 10pm and that never changed throughout our whole buying experience. There were days when Tim would text us just to check in and see how things are going. I had messaged Tim on a Thursday and by Saturday he had 3 showings lined up for us, Tim got things done! He always sent us info he thought would be helpful for us and even when we went in to sign our offer he took the time to reassure us that our offer was on par with the market. The offer was quick and painless and we were so grateful we had Tim on our side. Even leading up to the closing date Tim sent a "moving in" app to help with the process of setting up utilities, getting a mover, etc. He also gave recommendations to home inspectors and lawyers. Even on the final day when we were moving in Tim brought by a pack of donuts and even offered to help move our appliances in.
