Fantastic experience: What to say about these guys? Well for starters they are super friendly and helpful. Signing paperwork cam was very informative. When me and my wife sold and purchased our new home Cam made sure to break down every scrap of paper we had to sign in extreme detail to make sure we were in total understanding of what we were signing. He also had great answers to all of our questions. On move in day of our new home he was there with us and even went as far as helping haul some of our plants so they didnt have to get squished into the uhaul. So i give these guys 5 stars. Fantastic experience: I bought my first home through Lowe & Co and had the pleasure of dealing with Cameron Dembinsky. He was awesome! As a first time home buyer I had so many questions and concerns that he was able to answer right away and educate me at the same time which definitely made me feel valued as a client. The whole home buying process with Lowe & Co is very streamlined and made really easy to find the right home. They have all the right contacts so I didn’t have to go searching for lawyers, mortgage brokers etc. they were all readily available and all super professional to do deal with. Fantastic experience: I've had the pleasure (and infrequently the displeasure) of working with various Realtors. The industry is served by characters of all types, you name it and you'll find it. For me I value honesty and straight forwardness above all else. A real estate transaction is a significant event and the extra stress of whether to trust what you're hearing from an agent or not, is unnecessary. In my case Tom represented both sides. Realtors have imposed upon them strict rules of engagement and have to deal with both sides ethically and honestly. Toms behavior was ethical and fair. I feel he articulated my thoughts to the other side very well and the same in reverse. Where necessary he took the time to articulate a situation, and fairly pushed back with the other parties point of view. When I brought up an issue, he dealt with it until it was solved. The ability to deal with two parties at opposite ends of a table without causing offence to either side and winning their trust is a skill obtained through experience, in my opinion. Tom never asked me to write a review or asked for a compliment of any sort, he simply did his job, which is precisely the reason I took the time to write this review of my own experience.

Fantastic experience: Tom was one heck of a person to work with. He is very knowledgeable about Fort Saskatchewan and made buying our first home so much better. He was very honest about busy streets, areas where there are parks as well as schools. He even wore a leafs jersey and smiled in a picture after a bet. Although I'm pretty sure he enjoyed it haha.
