Fantastic experience: Daryl was awesome! When other real estate agents couldn't be bothered to call me back, or kept trying to pass me off to their colleagues once they heard my budget wasn't huge, Daryl welcomed us and our modest budget with open arms. He broke the process down for us & showed us 6 homes before we pulled the trigger on one (sorry daryl, again, for being a pain). He worked with our crazy work schedules & was a down to earth person. Fantastic experience: Daryl was highly recommended to me by a close friend and my experience buying my first house with him was exceptionally great! Daryl scheduled showings for me while I was working a nightshift shutdown and he made the showing times convenient for my schedule. He worked so fast and efficiently when I would give him almost no notice to wanting to view a slew of houses, which he would make happen without any fuss. He was always pleasant to deal with. Best of all, he never pressured me to make decisions I was even remotely uncomfortable with, which did come up with my financing. Having been on nightshift during this time I would send emails and text msgs at obscene hours and never once did he become annoyed or have a negative attitude. If anything he responded as soon as possible and was always a gem to deal with. He was very knowledgeable about the houses I was interested, and would provide above expected information for me. Even after the purchase of my home, Daryl answers emails, texts, phone calls about any concerns or questions I have. If you're wondering if hiring Daryl is the right choice, I cannot stress enough on how much you will miss out if you dont!
