Negative experience: UPDATE APRIL 2025: I again have asked to be removed from his mailing list. And again, he has not responded by voicemail, email, or Facebook message. I believe I have made myself clear. I have given you my address, phone number, and email address. But again, you refuse to answer me. REMOVE ME FROM YOUR MAILING LIST. I don't want a picture of my home on a calendar. I will never use you as a realtor because you do not respect homeowners wishes. It is extremely weird to take a picture of someones home, print it, and send it to them. I have asked multiple times over multiple years for this not to happen and to be taken off the list. I would NEVER use Craig Finnman as he does not respect those who contact him. What a weird, old man. There are much better realtors in Edmonton who would actually respect your wishes. Potential clients! You will see on these reviews that many people in Edmonton have the same issue and have brought it up to him and his team. Each response is dismissive. I wouldn't trust this person with any major decision for your home or your family. He has his own agenda and will not take into consideration your feelings.

Fantastic experience: I recently placed 2 properties on the market and after discussion with Craig I followed his recommendations regarding marketing strategy. On receipt of multiple offers for each of these properties, again, after discussions regarding the offers Craig managed to negotiate very acceptable proposals to purchase both of the properties which I have accepted.

Negative experience: The picture shows all the information that is needed. I cut out the name of the person who posted it. How do you go to a hairdresser to get a haircut and wait till they are completely finished to ask if they would take your coupon that wasn't for their place. When they said no and offered you a reduced price at $17.99 you refused to pay and walked out. You make more money than all those hairdressers combined and yet you have to steal from them. Pathetic. I used ReMax for my house purchase but now I will find another real estate company and agent.

Negative experience: We just recently received a calendar in our mail that had a photo of our house (including our car in the driveway) taken by Craig Finnman. This is an invasion of privacy and if you did your homework you would know that we purchased our home not even a year ago. We've received several marketing materials from realtors over the years but this approach is very uncomfortable and not acceptable.

He was really very knowledgeable and patient through this whole process. The deal we were working on was nearly an impossible as the Seller was being a little indecisive (took 3 months of back and forth) and finally Craig came up with the deal when all hopes were lost.
