Fantastic experience: What really stood out about Jarett was his attention to detail and his excellent negotiation skills. He managed to get us a great price and didn't stop there—he made sure the seller handled all the necessary replacements and that everything was 100% finished before closing day. Since this was our first time buying with Jarett, having someone so sharp in our corner made the whole process stress-free. Fantastic experience: Great service offered with renting and selling the house.

Negative experience: In response to Jarrett’s reply to a prior review. He is wrong. He was the selling agent for the builder, who is someone he chooses to partner with, and completely dismisses the glaring integrity issues with said builder. He in no way guides or support the buyer for their best interest, which is evidenced by continual issues we have with our home and ongoing warranty issues, which is shared with other buyers we have spoken with. Jarett has my information and is welcome to reach out to us personally if he wishes to resolve the ongoing issue.

Negative experience: We had been in contact with Mr Johnson starting in in Sept of 2024. This was to get a tree removed In Oct. We asked what the hold up was after over a month of waiting. We were told: No hold up. Just not a priority. Then toward the end of Oct, a tree cutter came over and looked at the trees. He said it would be a month. Never heard from him. Then in May of 2025, we contacted Mr. Johnson again. He said he would get on it. After almost 3 weeks, nothing happened. So we contacted the owner. It was done in short order.

Fantastic experience: Moving from out of province meant we’d have to find a realtor online, and also do most of our viewings remotely…and we hit the jackpot in finding Jarett! His patience and willingness to explore all potential options never failed, even when our search turned into a 2 year house-hunting marathon. Not only was he was a wealth of knowledge, but we had total confidence in his assessments, which was crucial given that he was our “eyes and ears” on the ground. We were incredibly specific about what we were after, and in all the times (and viewings) we saw, we never once felt pressured or swayed in any way. If anything, he pressured us *out* of homes we were starting to consider as our stamina failed. Ultimately we got our dream home, and are very happy to have had the experience we had with Jarett. Negative experience: Not impressed with this realtor. Tells you different stories each time that don’t align. So not impressed. Jarrett, you asked for 5000 more. What was your plan for this ? Who tells a buyer that they are next in line then on the day starts asking if they will pay $5000.00 more. Simply state the facts. No need for stories.

Negative experience: NOT EVEN WORTH A ONE STAR but couldn't put ZERO. JUSTT GAMES and misrepresentation. Have always taken time for good reviews but this poor review is very deserving for POOR REPRESENTATION of realtor and home builder. We have built houses and been involved in real-estate for many years. We are seasoned at both. We have never ever experienced such shadiness and poor representation of any numerous realtors and builders we have dealt with. If you are looking to waste your time so they can play their games by all means visit Jaret Johnson. He represents Langdale Group and FCL House builders. There is a real problem that the builder will not meet with their prospective buyers and use this mentality to represe represent them. Be very cautious .... when a builder will not meet with you ...think again. When a realtor says he's taking a back up ...think again. It's just the start of the game. GO to builders with integrity and use realtors that have integrity. So many out there to choose from. Would not recommend at all. He puts on good front but is not sincere... DELIberately lines up buyers to play games. Untrust worthy Sorry Jarett it was obvious your stories didn't line up and games were played. Heard by 6 people . Regretfully it's not one person that was privy to this. This is not one person with sour grapes. Games were played.

Fantastic experience: Jarett knows what he is doing and has great vision. I owned a house that I was renting out and it got completely trashed. It was a terrible situation that nearly left me traumatized. Jarett helped me completely understand what my options were. He was very direct but also very kind.
