Negative experience: I dealt with these folks and initially had a good experience. However the realtor called my family lawyer who then called me and blasted me and this was the beginning of the end of my relationship with my family lawyer. They neither apologized, nor took responsibility. What is .ost concerning is what was said between this realtor and the lawyer... I'm guessing EVERY privacy law was broken. Fantastic experience: We worked with Brandon to purchase our first home in Trenton and it was literally the most stress free experience I have had. I have had many many encounters with all types of real estate agents and no one compares to Brandon and his team. When you work with a real estate agent and you go 3-4 weeks not finding the right property it can get daunting and the pressure to find a home you love builds up, sometimes agents don’t think you’re serious at that point - but not Brandon. Listing after listing, Brandon continued to be professional. He gave us his honest opinion especially when he thought the ask was over what he thought the value would be. I didn’t feel the pressure to just settle on a “good” home, Brandon walked us through the entire process to find a home we absolutely LOVE. We currently live in Toronto so being able to rely on someone was important because there was no way we could do the drive back and forth with our work commitments. There were times Brandon did the showing for us virtually because we could not be physically present and I really appreciated that. When our offer got accepted Brandon was still super responsive, kept us in the loop and even sent us a PDF guide on what we need to ensure we get done - change hydro/gas accounts etc - which was AWESOME.
