Communication with Ricardo was excellent- he always kept us informed of all aspects of the house being on the market. This included potential buyers' and realtors' opinions after they viewed the home , reassessing (and explaining) the price of the home due to economic changes, interpretation of potential offers and options for counter offers. He tirelessly visited our home several times in the evening for these discussions. We were always involved in any decision making . He is the husband of a good friend, so when I finally decided to seriously consider selling our family home of 32 years, I approached Ricardo. He had already been recommended to me by other friends and I was aware of his growing reputation in the local real estate community. The first time he came to my home, we discussed the various options to consider when selling a home. He provided some very useful advice, which helped promote the sale of my home in the following months. The next time we met, Ricardo had prepared an incredibly thorough presentation. He provided me with the details of similar homes in the area, currently listed or recently sold, from which we based my listing price.
