Fantastic experience: We we forced to take our house off the market for unforeseen circumstances. Shawn was incredibly professional although obviously disappointed. Even in the midst of a misunderstanding Shawn's true integrity shown (pun intended) through. The team Tucker and Shawn are THE best. Highly recommended. Highly.

Negative experience: We interviewed tucker to see if we were going to use his service. Unfortunately we didn't get the vibe with him, and went with another agent that seemed more willing to do the work.

Fantastic experience: I was looking to relocate to North Bay and Tucker Roy was a tremendous help even though my plans didn't pan out. To this day he sends me listings of potential houses. My move time line has changed but Tucker has been an amazing real estate representative.

Fantastic experience: Aidan and I had the opportunity to work with Tucker and Shawn on the opposite end of a deal. Both Tucker and Shawn were such a pleasure to work with. They were very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with on the opposite end. They responded immediately to any questions or concerns that we needed answers to. This transaction had many issues arise and there was the possibility that the deal would fall through - a few times, but because of their integrity, diligence, determination and persistence the deal came together in the end. Being out of town agents we received a warm welcoming by Shawn, Tucker and Jordan. Having to do another deal in Callander, I was in need of a place where I could set up my computer and work. Negative experience: Was discriminated against after having to chase the one guy for an application in which he said would email to me and never did. I’m looking for an apartment for my elderly mother and was discriminated against for not giving details when he didn’t ask for specifics and tried to put the blame on me. If I could leave zero stars I would. Word of mouth travels quick in this town and one bad review will sink your business like the titanic.

Negative experience: we didn't trust Tucker, just wanted us to sign with him, not worried about details of property for proper pricing. we went with another broker which gave a realistic price which was much more than Tucker's price.
