Negative experience: We contacted Natasha Laframboise after hearing about a seminar she was hosting for first time homebuyers. We explained we were investors looking for an agent, and she referred us to Matt Laframboise and Phil Seguin. Our interaction with Natasha was brief and professional, but unfortunately, the experience with the agents she recommended ultimately contributed to a legal dispute over a failed transaction. We worked with Matt Laframboise during our search for an investment property. Based on our experience, we felt that our best interests were not adequately represented during the process. The transaction ultimately failed, leading to a legal dispute, and based on this experience, we would not choose to work with Matt again. Our experience working with Phil Seguin was not positive. Throughout the process, we felt that our concerns were not fully addressed and that our best interests were not prioritized. The transaction ultimately failed and led to a legal dispute. As a result, we would not recommend Phil based on our experience. I am sharing my personal experience in good faith.

Fantastic experience: From the time this real estate agency listed my house until it was sold, was only about 3 days on the market. I made a 170K profit on my home in just six years. Every aspect of the real estate experience was above board. Matt Laframboise has a great team that pull together cohesively doing various aspects of the real estate job. Any appointments were sent to me for approval and they sent me back confirmations by email on each showing. All showings were on-time with at least one agent present to facilitate the showings. The listing agent took plenty of pictures with drone and high quality digital camera shots of my property. Truly amazing pictures to see your home listed with the Laframboise Real Estate Team. There is indeed quite a lot of paperwork involved but Matt stepped me through all it with his expertise. Every-time I called up this Laframboise Real Estate office and his secretary answered, she responded with kindness, concern and resolution to my concerns. I am 72 now and this is one of the biggest events of my life. You put a tremendous amount of trust in the Laframboise Real Estate Team and they all meet the mark. Yes, 5% commission may seem like a lot of money, but for the huge amount of work you see them do, is well worth your investment. For me, I am moving into an apartment village. Fantastic experience: Matt sold 3 properties for me within a short period of time. Each sale had its challenges which Matt dealt with perfectly. He speaks about a team approach, and I experienced the success of this method with quick sales and excellent prices. Matt was always my primary contact though I also spoke to some of his team which included a property manager, contractors, photographer/videographer, colleagues, etc. Two properties were tenanted and Matt worked with a trusted property manager who was able to find other accommodations for my tenants. Being able to sell with vacant possession increased the value of my homes significantly. His approximately two decades of experience in real estate have given him a broad knowledge of negotiating deals which absolutely worked to my advantage. I wish I had selected Matt to be my agent the first time because I wasted 90 Days on a listing with another local agent who insulted my property and said it would be hard to sell because of an illegal basement apartment.
