Negative experience: Visited their website to look at properties. They force you to add a number into the system to view details. Next thing you know they are texting me multiple times unsolicited. I ask them to not message me and to delete my number, the next day they call me and leave a voicemail. Predatory business model

Our primary contact, Skyleigh, impressed us with her energy and enthusiasm and her understanding of the local current and future housing market. Upon signing a selling contract, she moved very quickly to complete all the preparations needed to list and show the property. She was easy to work with and we were able to price and then quickly sell the property. Her support staff proved to be efficient and knowledgeable as well. Fantastic experience: We have been dealing with Skyleigh since before our actual move to Kamloops a year ago. Whilst we were in Alberta, she gave us so many virtual home tours, without it ever feeling that we are wasting her time. When we finally moved to town, the in person home tours took over and once again, without ever being pushy or demanding, she took us to quite a lot of homes. When we finally found a home we loved, that we eventually bought, we had follow-up visits to the house, with loads of emails and texts going to her with loads of questions, and she always came back to us with a response in a timely and professional manner.
