He was friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure I found a place that met all of my needs; I always felt like he cared about finding me the right place. I'm very lucky to have connected with him. He was professional but also down to earth, and was flexible in accommodating my tight timeline for moving to the city. The move to Montreal has been so much easier so far because of Samuel!

Negative experience: They do a credit check that deducts points without getting consent and ignore you when you ask them to fix it. They also tell you the check will not cost points but it does. Confirmed by the credit bureau it was them causing the deduction. The credit bureau rarely fixes this so now I am stuck with deducted points off an already low credit score. BEWARE!! You are nothing but a $ to them and it's obvious. They ignore questions, don't want to answer questions without forcing you into a viewing (if you have a pet you're not going to commit to a viewing without knowing pets are allowed - common sense). They falsely advertize/give misinformation to get you to commit to a viewing for a unit. They send videos for units. And then say 'it's not this unit but it's similar'. Unfriendly, unprofessional. Do not recommend.

Negative experience: Leasing agent Sari is very unprofessional. He told me he was going to send me an application to fill out. I waited for HOURS and I never received anything. So I reached out to him and asked for an update. He then told me I was refused. I can't believe he left me waiting for hours and only let me know once I reached out to him. That's crazy!
