Expérience fantastique: Many thanks to Radar Property Management for helping me manage long distance properties. Christine and Edwin have been so helpful. I can"t thank them enough.
Thanks John! We are happy to help! Thank you for the nice review!
Expérience fantastique: Edwin and the team are very supportive and understanding. They helped ease my stress when I was relocating. Thank you for all the support and continued cooperation.
Expérience négative: *Additional comment below* My Original Review: Very unprofessional. Significantly lack communication. Do not follow through on what they agreed to. No integrity. Have been "managing" the building for years and there are still significant ongoing issues in the building. Some issues (very few) are dealt with timely while others are not dealt with at all. They do not take care of the properties they "manage" which only creates worst problems. Ongoing issues include: cleanliness of common areas, pests, hydro, heat, AC, garbage disposal, fire safety, snow/ice removal, broken foundation/flooring...etc. These issues have been reported to them MULTIPLE times and yet they are still significant issues. This is what a property management company is supposed to manage!! It is very sad that their negligence have impacted so many people. Tenants seems to move in/leave shortly because of all the issues. They do not have professional or respectful relationships with tenants. I would not hire them to manage a storage room closet, let alone an entire building of commercial and resident tenants. I am writing this review as I am hoping the building owner or Radar themselves will see this review and change. I would gladly change this review if they improve and start caring about the work they do and the lives they impact. *Additional comment following Radar's response to my review* Thank you for your response. I would like to correct several inaccuracies. The reimbursement referenced was not a demand made out of greed. It was an amount approved and confirmed to me multiple times in writing and later retracted. Requesting payment for something that was agreed upon is not extortion - it is a reasonable expectation. The majority of the repair requests described as “lengthy” were not for my individual unit, but for building-wide issues affecting multiple tenants. Reporting concerns in a timely manner is part of being a responsible tenant. If the list was extensive, that reflects the volume of unresolved maintenance issues, not misconduct on my part. This review was written after sitting in a freezing office for nearly two weeks while waiting for heat to be restored and receiving no communication confirming the issue was acknowledged or being addressed. It was an expression of frustration regarding ongoing building concerns, not a malicious act. Bringing my business into this discussion is unnecessary and unrelated to the condition of the building. I will not be posting private correspondence or photos publicly, although documentation exists. My goal has always been improvement and accountability, not personal conflict. I will also acknowledge that communication has recently improved, which I appreciate. I stand by my experience and remain open to respectful, solution-focused communication.
Hi Noelle, thank you for your review. It is unfortunate that you feel the way you do about the building. Radar sends a cleaner 1x per week to clean the common areas and outside of the building. In addition, they replaced your AC in your personal unit and repaired the AC common areas/commercial side in a timely fashion. Every repair you have requested (which the list was lengthy for 2025) has been addressed and the only thing you haven't received was approx. $300 compensation that you are demanding you are owed! The landlord has compensated you almost $4k from the power outage from May 2025 and you still complain, threaten litigation and have posted this bad review as a way of extortion. We do not respond well to malicious reviews and certainly won't be extorted by it either. The good news is reasonable people and prospective tenants can see past these types of malicious/vexatious reviews so be my guest and write whatever you want! You own a business yourself and imagine if you received a review like yours?! We wish you all the best and may karma do it's work!
Expérience fantastique: For owners like us that live a bit far from their rental properties, Radar Property Management team will be your perfect partner in managing your properties. They have been managing our rental properties for over a year. From the very beginning, Christine and Edwin were very transparent with their fees and services. They are very knowledgeable in the tenant and landlord rights and was able to provide advices when situation arises. Our properties are a bit dated and require minor repairs and attention here and there. The Radar team has been very responsive. Any emergency call from the tenants were handled promptly. The tenants are in good hands and so are we. Happy Tenants, Happy Landlords! Thank you Radar team for your professional service!
Expérience fantastique: When I unexpectedly had to move for work, Radar Property Mangement stepped in and provided exceptional service from day one. Christine and the team ensured the property was in rental-ready condition for prospective tenants, and helped me understand as a first-timer my responsibilities as the homeowner and the rights of the tenants. The tenant selection process with seamless, and has led to a successful and low-stress multi-year tenancy where they have a home and I have peace of mind. The property has had normal issues over time, including plumbing repairs needed and weather-related emergency. The tenants are able to contact Radar promptly, and I know this because they contact me as the homeowner promptly and make sure that I understand what has happened, what action could be taken next, timelines, and cost. This allows me to act promptly and make sure the tenant’s home is issue-free, with Radar handling the heavy lifting of finding the right professionals and getting it done (and they do, every time and on time / on budget). The Radar team exceeds expectations in both emergencies and regular activities - the rent paying and receiving process is secure and smooth, proposals and invoices are documented thoroughly, and I sleep easier at night knowing that if anything happens and the tenants need help, there is a solid team just a phone call (or email) away.
Expérience fantastique: Great experience with Radar. Their service was efficient, professional, and reliable. Communication was clear and everything was handled in a timely manner. Edwin Blanco was especially helpful and professional. Highly recommend them as property managers
Expérience fantastique: Christine and Edwin are great, thank you guys!
Expérience fantastique: Positive and respectful communication with landlord.
Expérience fantastique: Radar is working with us to find a new home. They are very helpful and listen to what we need
Thanks so much Jayne! Looking forward to having you and Dave as long term tenants!
Expérience négative: Ladies and gentlemen, read the reviews and rent from another company. Renter beware!! I’ve been renting from them for a little over a year and the ongoing neglectful experience hasn’t changed at all during this time. Thankfully this hell hole won’t be my issue much longer. When I first moved in this place had holes throughout, which as a tenant I repaired and repainted this unit for a useless company that doesn’t support its tenants- please note this was told it would be repaired when I moved in.. First leaving a Google review because I went 2 weeks without a working toilet, someone came in and flooded my bathroom; using my towels and mats to soak up the water and leave it there. Oh, still waiting for the landlord to pay me back as promised when this happened? Having to go to a local establishment to use their facilities is absolutely inexcusable. Don’t worry, the first issue wasn’t the last with the toilet, I haven’t had a working toilet again for over a month. They pretend to send someone who “repairs things” putting a temporary bandage isn’t going to fix the real issue. I’ve had an ongoing urine/mold smell in my bedroom, the first day I moved into my unit (Forysthe street-C) I emailed them, continued excuses. It’s so strong that the bedroom cannot be used without a humidifier in the summer! Pretend to get the air ducts cleaned and when advised the smell isn’t going away, they attempted to blame brand new air conditioners that were purchased this summer- once the receipt was shown, no response. Due to the ongoing health issue of the smell I emailed the city to have an inspector come view my unit, which was somehow stopped by Radar, always hiding something. State they don’t allow tenants downstairs in the basement (when inquiring about the mold). The breaker box is downstairs, if there’s issues with the hydro or water, which there has been it takes them 2-4 days to response “the neighbour has water” Edwin calls Stephanie a liar after I told them she advised me at move in I would get a key for the basement as tenants need access to the breaker box if they pay their own hydro. Professional! Radars been emailed so many times, I’ve lost count and you know the response I get - they’re going to charge me with harassment. Could you picture dealing with a rental company who will “charge” someone for emailing them on a daily basis to have common repairs completed? My window trim has large cracks all around it causing a draft, the closet floor isn’t probably insulated; can’t walk in your own closet without shoes, my tub has chips all throughout it, they put paint over top which has now caused more damage, there’s black mold all along the tub. Ongoing issues with basic trim around my screen door - causing snow and ice to get into my unit onto the floor - the response I received was “remove the snow” when I asked why I have snow in my unit - radio silence. Kitchen tap has been broken throughout the time I’ve lived her; multiple repair notices were provided. The fridge doors are broken causing them to swing open and not stop / hitting my belongings, no one does anything! Not one person has been here to check the fire alarms (I’ve been here for a 1 1/2) No one completes snow removal as outlined in the lease… should I go on, or the points made? They don’t do anything and expect thousands in rent each month- what service is being provided? Unreasonable enjoyment, is an understatement. Edwin will emailing you after you leave a poor review and promise you the moon and stars to get things “looked at” don’t let his lies fool you. This is just the tip of the iceberg with how neglectful they are with their tenants. Do yourself a huge favour and don’t rent from these people, why there’s always listings, why people come in and out of these places like bugs….
Hi Jennifer, we unfortunately didn't get a chance to give a reference to your new landlord but this might be a good place to say how you were as a tenant: 1. One of the biggest complainers about every issue under the sun; 2. Paid rent late consistently every month - maybe early or on time 1 or 2 times if we were lucky; 3. Had a long e-mail chain going with the City By-law of every issue you can imagine but not even 1 by-law order was ever issued? 4. Expensive and costly repairs due to excessive complaining from this tenant who was never happy! All the best with the new place and hopefully you have found a better home and landlord as we won't miss you either!
Expérience fantastique: Of all the places to start my independent journey, my first apartment on Hamilton Mountain with Radar Property Management was a genuinely positive experience, largely thanks to my landlord, Edwin. Edwin was the standout, a compassionate and understanding professional who always treated me with respect. His replies to any question or concern were remarkably prompt, and maintenance requests were handled quickly and efficiently by a skilled team. The building itself was consistently clean, quiet, and well-kept, which made it feel like a true home. For a first apartment, it set a wonderfully high standard. I couldn't have asked for a better start. Thank you Edwin and Radar property management.
Expérience négative: I pay my rent every month on time and this company still won't repair the property. Just had some repair guy that doesn't know what he's doing. Mold in the house, water leaking, can't use the upstairs shower because it's leaking in the basement. Say there going to reglaze the tub and that was in June. Just a shotty maintenance company that just wants their rent and who cares about the tenants. Can't wait to get out of here.
Expérience négative: I've posted on the Reviews before and it wasn't a very nice review but it was true! I explained how my daughter and granddaughter have been left in unsafe conditions due to lack of people not giving two hoots. Now they have left my daughter's bathroom for months with a disintegrating wall with black mold falling apart. Someone came and supposedly fixed the tiles but just put a band aid on it! The shower has been leaking in behind the walls for months and months! The gentleman who lived downstairs had to tell her to shut the shower off as the water was going into his basement apartment close to the ceiling light fixtures. Instead of ripping out all the tiles, the wall, drywall that is all rotting and growing black mold, they only removed some of the tiles and put new tiles on near the taps. Several times my daughter has been under the impression that someone was coming to fix the problem but an employee person will just take a picture and tell her that they'll show the owner. It's been left way too long. You can't just put another band and on it! What is the problem here? Why isn't the owner paying for this to be fixed properly?? When I posted a bad review here before because there was several unsafe conditions my daughter and granddaughter have been left in. They both have serious health conditions and shouldn't be exposed to black mold!! What does it take??? I removed my other bad review as someone from Radar Management asked my daughter to ask me to remove it. Obviously I shouldn't have believed in that person and left the bad review on your website.
Expérience fantastique: Really good property management team. Work very professionally as well. Very co-operative people.
Expérience fantastique: I stayed in a property managed by Radar for about 2 years in Hamilton. It was an absolute pleasure. Would definitely recommend.
Expérience fantastique: We have rented two units from radar and have enjoyed both places.
Expérience négative: Well we lived in a place in St Catherine and from the time we moved in till we moved out we got harressed the guy messed around our truck we had cops there and they did nothing we ask radar to help us and nothing got done they we was property management the only time they did anything is just before we moved because they got fired all I have to say is I or my husband won't rent from them again we love the place we are at and never will contact radar again good luck to the people that rent from them
Expérience négative: If I could rate them zero stars I would. My sister and brother in law got accepted to rent in picton and were promised not one, not two but THREE different move in dates. After they were approved and sent in first and last, booked time off work, had family book time off work for the then 2 different move in dates. Their contractors were not working on the apartment and very little has changed, the bathroom is still completely incomplete, no stove, fridge, countertops etc. old appliances on the balcony AND ANOTHER TENANT of the building has been storing a person belonging in their unfinished unit. They promised them twice that they fired the previous contractors and had new ones coming in. After ignoring my sisters emails and text on various dates she finally responded saying she would get back to her within the hour and she didn’t respond until almost 4 hours later giving them another move in date of July 15 and didn’t even acknowledge the numerous other texts and emails. She again checked tonight because she was promised that new workers would be in this week and the apartment is still in the same state as it has been for almost a month and again, no reply. This company needs to do BETTER. This is outrageous and i would never ever rent them.
Expérience négative: I would give a 0 if it was aloud friends who live there with no power for 48hrs absolutely disgusting shame on you and yr corporation these r human beings who have businesses there and who reside there. They have no problem collecting rent or raising there rent 11.7 but when it comes to fixing there buildings & properties they dont care one bit. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING
Expérience négative: It really sucks that you've left 17_19main st without power for 48 hrs and counting
Expérience fantastique: We’ve had a great experience with this building. The property is well-maintained and has a nice overall atmosphere. The management team is excellent—always just a call or email away. Anytime we’ve needed something, they’ve responded quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!
Expérience fantastique: Thank you for helping us screen such good tenants. I see my house again eight years later without much change.
Expérience fantastique: Have been a past tenant at 1 of their Niagara Falls property from 2020 - 2025 and the services provided was absolutely exceptional.
Expérience fantastique: My daughters apartment building was sold and RPM took over the management of the building. The new owners are in the process of renovicting the tenants. Christine of RPM was very helpful, professional, and responsive to our needs and inquiries. She gave us ample time to move out and assisted with the disposal of items we were unable to take with us. Christine made a very difficult situation much less stressful than it could have been. Thanks again Christine.
Expérience fantastique: I have been dealing on behalf of my family with Christine Blanco of Radar Property Management with respect to my father's apartment. We had to address numerous issues with Christine some of which were not easy. Christine always communicated with us in a very professional and empathetic manner. She listened to all of our concerns and was willing to compromise at times when that was required. She always responded very quickly to my emails. At all times I felt that she wanted to do what was best for our father while not forgetting her responsibilities to the company. We were always able to work things out to an amicable conclusion. I want to thank Christine for all of her help and her professionalism. It was a welcome change compared to other companies I have dealt with in the past. Larry H.
Expérience fantastique: I strongly recommend Radar Property Management. They assist without discrimination and tenants wellbeing is their priority. Thanks again for your trust and kind hearts!
Expérience fantastique: Dealt with everything with care.Edwin is the GOAT.
Expérience fantastique: great landlord, quiet and clean place
Expérience négative: Complete garbage, the neglect and no care that I have two sons and I'm living with a crack in the foundation and mold and roaches. My landlord fired them, and he's done more in the last week or two than they have in 3-4 years. Don't hire these guys, they're a disgrace, now they are saying I haven't paid my rent since May, even though I have documentation of e transfers saying otherwise. Please stay away from this company, incompetent and negligent.
Expérience fantastique: Leased an apartment at Lundy's lane for 11 months and it was great. Management is very understanding and helpful to the tenants needs. Recommended for a working professional or a student. Very convenient location close to all amenities and daily needs.
Expérience fantastique: This property management company is one of a kind. The difference is in the humane approach to people whom they are dealing with. Professional, quickly respond to requests for service or treatment, pleasant and easy to reach after hours. My personal experience with Radar Property Management has been wonderful, and I would most certainly recommend them for your future property management as well.
Expérience négative: I've rented two different Radar-managed properties since April 2021. At the first one, they were basically fine, took care of maintenance requests promptly, were courteous (except for one incident where they came in and took photos of the apartment and all our belongings claiming it was part of a "quarterly inspection" they'd never done before. I contacted the LTB and was told that was not allowed). Shortly after moving in, Christine requested that I leave a Google review. Although I had little experience with them at that point, I left a 5-star review. I think they do that with all new tenants and that's probably the reason for most of the 5-star ratings. A lot of them are from property owners, which makes sense because Radar works for owners, not tenants and they will do anything owners request even if it's against rental law. However, apart from the photo incident, at the first property I had no real reason to change that rating. In 2023, I moved because of an ongoing noise issue at the prior rental. Christine convinced me to rent another Radar property making all sorts of promises including replacing the washer and dryer before we moved in (which was not done), telling me the basement tenants were super quiet (which was true, but she left out that they were moving out a month after we moved in). Since then, it has been nothing but a nightmare. It turned out this house has the exact same noise issues, only from the basement instead of above. The tenants slam doors at all hours of the night and early morning. Maintenance requests go ignored; I have to contact Radar multiple times to get anything done, and some of them still have not been done, including a request to silence the downstairs doors which is now simply being ignored after months and months of broken promises. The heat has gone out 3 times since we moved in; the first time it was out for 3 days because Radar couldn't be bothered to fix it sooner, and never brought us space heaters. Not till the third outage did they bring heaters, and I had to request them. Some of my clothes were ruined by the washer that was supposed to be replaced before we moved in. Radar never once came to clear snow from the driveway this past winter. I could go on and on, but I'll keep it short since this is an online review. Christine will promise you the moon and the stars, but it bears no relation to reality. I have rarely dealt with people so unethical and dishonest and so careless of the effect their actions have on other people. They will insist on tenants keeping their obligations and following the letter of the law, but have zero problem breaking the law with impunity and not keeping their obligations as landlords. I know it's a tough rental market out there, but if you see Radar Property Management on a rental, save yourself a lot of headache and stay away.
Warning to future landlords - this tenant is looking for any reason to complain and to seek a rent abatement via the LTB. We won our LTB case and she was awarded nothing (interesting outcome given on the google review she wrote though). Your current landlords are fighting you next! She sues landlords as a side job! You should focus your efforts on doing good in the world instead of conning landlords!
Expérience négative: We rented 147 Louth street St Catharines. At first they were great. Eventually stopped responding to our requests to have things serviced and then later after covid and housing prices rose they lied about selling the house and got us out. Then did some quick repairs that we asked for in the first place and rented it to another family who are paying double the rent. I reported them and the landlord but lucky for them I was told there was a back log of reports and this report would not be handled for some time. Rest assured it’s coming though. By the way they promised the audio of phone conversations and did not email it. With that being said if I didn’t leave that house I’d still be there and in the rut I was in. Opportunities came (school & career) and my life is changing for the better, so win for me! They can respond to this in the usual rude manner they have been with other reviewers and of course you’ll hear how they did tell us the truth. Ya OKAY.
Dear Ben, thank you for your review. I’m sorry that you seem to be mistaken about your facts. You and your partner served us with an N9 to end your tenancy as you were splitting up. You were never served with an N12 or asked to sign an N11. If you need any help finding housing please reach out so we can help! Wishing you all the best!
Expérience fantastique: I have been dealing with Radar Property Management for over a year. They are very professional and understanding for the clients' needs. I would recommend renting from them with a full trust. Thank you RPM for making my work easier.
Expérience fantastique: Rented several units from Radar Property Management. I've been a tenant for going on 11 years. Positive experience and great online maintenance request system. Brandon
Expérience négative: The place I rented at is very scummy. They really mess around with everything around and in the building. Lots of roaches; the property managers act like they don't know anything. They make false promises and Also failed to tell us about multiple bad things in our unit and around the complex; as we paid our rent to them before viewing; they had no prior warning to move in about anything. Don't trust them; all they want Is your money and they will lie to get it.
Expérience négative: Minus the one star nothing good to say!!!!!!!
Expérience fantastique: Dealing with Radar Management has been a genuine pleasure. They are very quick and eager to resolve any issues I may have regarding my tenancy. Bravo!
Expérience fantastique: Radar Properties is a great way to go when you are looking for a place. They work so hard for you and stay in contact with you to work their hardest to help you find the perfect home for you. I know cause they helped me. Go for it you won't regret it. Thank you Radar Properties. Keep up the great job.
Expérience fantastique: Amazing people who go the extra mile and respond accordingly. Highly recommended by us!
Expérience fantastique: Excellent service! Very personable and professional when I call, and take care of any issues quickly.
Expérience fantastique: Great people, very polite and respectful with a very reliable team work.
Expérience fantastique: The experience of renting from Radar was seamless. They were quick to respond and worked with us along the way. The unit was spotless! Couldn't ask for more!
Expérience fantastique: Good team, quick response to anything that is needed.
Expérience fantastique: I'm giving my 5 start rating for several reasons. They have been very helpful ever since I applied for the property. The process was easy and transparent. They have always showed up on time for appointments and have managed all my concerns. They have helped me when some repairs were needed and also during the negotiation of the annual rent increase. Christine and the company have always taken care of us.
Expérience fantastique: This is my first time renting with Radar Property Management and I’d have to say Christine and the Radar team have been extremely helpful and most of all they are holding up to everything they said they would in our agreement. My home was freshly painted and cleaned and ready for me to move into. They have answered my questions with the upmost respect and consideration. I would recommend anyone looking to rent to contact them.
Expérience négative: I would give them zero stars if I could. They lied to my friend about an apartment she viewed in person, promising her a beautiful place with modern amenities. However, when it was time to move in, they gave her the keys to an entirely different place that was in terrible condition. The doors were broken, the windows were cracked, and the place was filled with crackheads that roam around the area. It was not at all what she had been shown. We were so disappointed with this agency's complete lack of integrity and professionalism. They misled my friend and wasted her time, energy, and money. This experience has left us feeling frustrated and angry, and we would never recommend this agency to anyone looking for housing. If you want to avoid being ripped off and taken advantage of, stay away from this place. Do yourself a favor and find a more reputable agency that values honesty and transparency.
Hi Precious you will be reported to google as a fake review. You are not one of our tenants and what you are saying isn't true. Fake review to be reported. Your slander is not appreciated or welcomed!
Expérience fantastique: Fantastic group. I trust them with managing my rentals as they are professional, efficient, and care about my properties and tenants!
Expérience fantastique: Christine and crew are topnotch professionals and very creative
Expérience fantastique: I would highly recommend Radar Property Management for all of your property management needs. They are highly customer focused and quick to respond to all your questions.
Expérience négative: They are very unprofessional, not helpful, building is falling apart basically cause the apartment windows fall off, they lie telling students it’s a student apartment(when there’s really no student’s living there) and make the student pay for their falling apart and don’t return their money even knowing the problem is from them!!! They are wicked and selfish and they can leave an innocent person on the streets without consideration! You can’t run a business trying to scam students
1. Here is a video of the unit in the building you are claiming "is falling apart" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eXkPA3Qj0YI. Millions have been spent on the building and you are not being truthful in your review. 2. We showed you 3x how to open the windows as in case of a fire you need to exit the building they open fully so you can exit as it's on the main floor. This is intentional and you just need to keep the windows locked otherwise. We explained this many times. 3. We also did not recruit you as a tenant and therefore never lied to you about it being a student building so please don't lie about us. 4. We recommended you seek legal advice about your deposit which you did. Your paralegal told you the same thing I did, you need to give 60 days notice to end your lease and therefore your last month deposit covered your last month in the unit. In the future, you should ensure you really like the unit you are renting before signing a lease as there will be financial repercussions if you breach contracts. We wish you all the best in your future endeavours!
Expérience négative: Disappointed and has made more stress and increase of depression and I’m not saying anymore
Expérience fantastique: Thank you Christine and the team at Radar for your exceptional service in managing our rental condo. We live out of Canada, Christine was very helpful in providing ideas on how to uplift the condo, informing us about the laws and regulations during the COVID lockdown. Her passion is evident in the way she deals with us as owners as well as the tenants, which good for us to have to long term tenants. Radar kept our condo in excellent condition by choosing the tenants and their quick responses to tenant's problems. We sold our condo, but definitely we will ask Radar for their services to manage our next property. Again, thank you Christine for your help and patience with all my questions during the Tax filing, I will miss the back and forth emails. We wish you all the best. Keep up the good work
Thank you for the lovely review! I will ensure the whole team gets your praise!
Expérience fantastique: I left my husband and I needed to rent a apartment I found one in the south end St Catharine's it was perfect when I had a problem with the condo the oven didn't work they brought in someone to repair it then the Condo went up for sell 6 months into my lease I was able to stay for the reminder of my lease they paid me compensation for the inconvenience which I was quite surprised with I will rent from them again everyone I dealt with where friendly professional and helpful Thank you Radar Property Management you are the best
Expérience fantastique: Great company to deal with! They helped with our search for any nephew! Will definitely use them again for the next one! Thank you Radar!
Expérience fantastique: Radar Property Management helped me in finding a wonderful semi for myself and my 2 children. But with circumstances unforeseen, they also helped assist me in having to unfortunately move due to the owner selling after only 14 months. Very friendly and responsive. They care about you as a person and you're not just a number!
Expérience fantastique: I usually do not review, but am glad to do so due to the simply wonderful property management experience I have had with Christine and Edwin. Have seldom come across this combination of efficiency ethics and personableness that they run their business with.
Expérience fantastique: We have been tenants with Radar since 2017! They have been very pleasant to deal with. If we have any issues, they are quick and efficient to address our concerns. They perform all of the requirements set out by our local authorities set out for rental properties. It is a great feeling to know that all the safety requirements needed by law are followed.
Expérience fantastique: Christine and Edwin are very straight forward. They listen and value your input. They provide you with the necessary tools to accomplish the job at hand. Professional and courteous....
Expérience fantastique: Radar Properties has always took care of things when any issues have come up. Everything has always got fixed or replaced on that day, or the very next day...there has always been someone to answer a call about any questions I have had...I have always felt save and taken care
Expérience fantastique: We have been renting with Radar for almost 4 years and have had a very positive experience. They are easy to comunicate with. Professional and friendly. They are on top with inspecting all smoke alarms and CO2 detectors ensuring everything is in working condition as well as regular maintenance on the furnace. Any problems that arise are quickly fixed. I would recommend Radar Properties to any one looking to rent or owners who want a worry free rental. Thank you to the Radar Team!!!
Expérience fantastique: Radar Property Management has been our rental management agent since 2014, and we cannot be more pleased with their service. Whenever we have a question or need help with a matter involving our rental home, Radar's response is consistently timely, helpful and courteous. We have always been impressed with the professional and competent way in which they respond and conduct their property management business. Others would do well to emulate their model.
Expérience fantastique: Christine and the crew at Radar have are absolutely wonderful to rent from. They're extremely responsive if and when you need anything, it's taken care of right away. The property is very well maintained and clean upon moving in. They perform regular maintenance checks and are on top of Fire alarm testing, etc. They're extremely professional and very kind. They definitely made relocating from hours away a breeze. Highly recommend renting from them.
Expérience fantastique: The staff at Radar Properties are very Professional and Very Polite. Whenever we have a problem they act on it immediately. We are so impressed!!
Expérience fantastique: Christine and Edwin are a friendly and professional team who made securing a new place in a new city a positive experience for me. Relocating and starting over can be stressful, and it was great to be dealing with actual human beings rather than all the impersonal, automated forms and websites that many other property management groups use. I would definitely recommend them!
Expérience fantastique: The experience I have with radar is awesome. I have to say that they are very professional and Christine and her team are very knowledgeable in what they do. They are very prompt answering any questions or concerns by telephone or by e-mails. I had a nightmare tenant in which Christine and her team helped me evicting them during covid-19 circumstances and helping me find good tenants. Kudos to Christine and radar property management.
Expérience fantastique: Radar has been our property manager for many years and I would like to just say how wonderful, responsive, meticulous and professional Christine has been to deal with If you are looking for someone to professionally manage your rental property look no further
Expérience négative: I wish I could leave half a star. Just finished a week long back and forth for nothing but past rent receipts. They tried to say I didnt provide the correct info.. however I gave all mine and my wifes info including the street and city of rental.. all I forgot was the apartment number. Time to go back to school for 'comprehension'. How derps like this get to the head of business is beyond me... Rich Hubby trickle down or a strong divorce settlement is my guess.. Ps. @ Benjamin Patterson.. Dont worry bud. They 'didnt remember me either'.. I think that's just their official position lol
Hi Adam, Thank you for your review. We do in fact remember you! Sorry you have been unhappy by us taking 1 day to provide you with a rent receipt. You provided us with the wrong name, incorrect address and only when you provided your wife's name we could find you. You only asked last night at 7pm in the evening for a rent receipt. We delivered one this morning! All the best and sorry you feel we weren't quick enough to get back to you!
Expérience négative: Some of the worst customer experience I have ever dealt with. Luckily I had other better options, but dealing with these people was an extreme annoyance.
Hi Benjamin, we do not have a record of ever working with you as one of our tenants, prospective tenants or owners. We believe you have provided a review for the wrong company and kindly request that you remove this immediately or explain in greater detail so we can confirm that this is a real review. Thank you
Expérience fantastique: I rent from them
Expérience positive: Overall, check your rent receipts are correct!!! I had a satisfactory experience renting from them for over a year, the house was a great price and they fixed any issues with the property fairly quickly. My only complaint is that when it came time for rent receipts the initial amount was significantly less than what I paid, and when I sent them a detailed list of amounts I paid they still sent the wrong amount back. Finally after asking about whether last month rent should be included they sent a more accurate amount, but it was still $65 short. I don't know if it was an issue with record keeping or confusion because my rent increased over that period but it was extremely annoying to be told that I would have to pay for future updates to the final amount when it was an issue on there end and the amount was still not correct. Update: the company was in contact with me shortly after posting this review and have updated my receipt!
Expérience fantastique: Just wanted to tell you how wonderful John is (maintenance). He was here Friday afternoon to bleed the rads and caulk the toilet for me. He did a beautiful job in the bathroom and went above and beyond as usual. Also gave me some tips about the rads. He’s so polite and friendly. I can’t say enough nice things about him. Don’t lose him!
Expérience négative: Very unprofessional, and ignorant KAREN.
Expérience fantastique: I came across Radar Property Management recently while browsing the net and wanted to make a note about my utmost positive experience me and my family had renting with Radar Property Management back in 2010 - I had the pleasure of dealing with Karen and she was amazing as well as their staff. Every time something needed to be repaired they were on it! The property I rented was clean, and everything was up to date and in good repair right from the start. I would recommend them to anyone renting in the Niagara Region. Thank you Radar for a very positive experience, it won't be forgotten and if I was still in the region I would totally rent from you folks again :) All the best!
Expérience négative: Property Management of name Karen extremely indiscreet and rude, asked my salary first than my name! She insinuated and judged me, saying I do not have the economic ability to pay the rent, without even knowing where I work, my profession and my salary! Totally without professional ethics and without any respect with customers! No one feels comfortable and not sure whether to answer financial questions over the phone, what you do is super unethical! Show the apartment available for rent and if the person likes it fill out the application! It's up to you whether you decide whether or not to do it! It is too fierce to judge others over the phone!
Expérience négative: I would give this company a minus ten if that where possible and Algoma Central as well,as the owner of the rented property. Nothing but problems from the moment we moved in lies and broken promises. A kitchen window was broken and it took till November to come and silicone in a single pain of glass. Had the car towed from the parking spot they had given us. Had to threaten court action to get them to pay for the tow. Late 4 days on the rent and sent an eviction notice and was only late the one time in a year. If you are looking to rent in St. Catherine's and the name Radar Property Management or Algoma Central comes up do yourself a favor and move on. The lease is up on the unit in July and they also want another months rent claiming that they where not notified that we where leaving even though they have an e-mail to that effect. If you want heartache do business with these companies. Hope there out of business by now
Expérience négative: Complete lies and broken promises. If you ever see this name on a rental property run away!
Expérience fantastique: Proactive, responsive, knowledgeable and generally helpful. I'm very happy with Radar's management of our rental property.
Expérience fantastique: We have been with Radar for a number of years and are pleased with their services. We have good communication with them and have found them to be capable at their job, both looking after us as owners and also solving concerns for the tenants. Our small rental has been well looked after. We are pleased to be in their capable hands.
Thanks, Anne! It's been such a pleasure working with you both for all these years!
Expérience fantastique: Radar has been managing our property in St. Catharine's for many years and have provided consistent and timely service for us. They are very responsive, have been good at both finding and keeping our units tenanted, and have been on top of various repairs and maintenance to ensure the property maintains both its value, and provides for good tenant safety. Thanks Radar!
Thanks, Robin! It's been great working with you and George - such like-minded folks that mirror our philosophy!
Expérience fantastique: I am a non-resident owner and live on the other side of the country. I continue to choose Radar because I know my tenants are responded to quickly which matters to me and keeps turn over low. All my questions/concerns are addressed quickly and I have never felt like a numbered customer. Thanks for the years of service!
Thank you for the kind words! Much appreciated!
Expérience fantastique: I am happy dealing with Radar PM. They are providing excellent service in managing my property. Thanks!!
Thank you, Amy and Sam!
Expérience négative: WOW! I called and asked for Karen and instead of patching me through the woman said she would help me with the listing I wanted to schedule a viewing for. She asked me what my monthly salary was before asking my name. I told her I wasn't comfortable discussing this information before seeing even one picture of the interior state of the apartment I was interested in. I called again a few hours later and left a message on Karen's machine with my name and number. The same woman called me back and yelled at me on the phone. Telling me she has asked the same questions so many times already, when I was in the middle of asking to speak to someone else she hung up on me. Worst customer service! I thought it was bad with our first conversation and also when they didn't call me back within a reasonable amount of time, now I'm so glad I know how bad this company is. I don't want to be stuck in an apartment with this awful person as my property manager. Stay away!! or call see for yourself..
Thank you very much for your feedback. We have a standard set of screening questions we ask each and every interested party and this includes your form of income & credit history. We have many other pre-screening questions which help us determine with you whether the unit may be suitable for you. We are sorry if this felt intrusive or rude. We strive to ensure each tenant is the best fit for the owners of the property and our 1000s of current and past tenants know that our process is always thorough and consistent.
Our standard response time is within 24 business hours from your initial call. If we missed that, we apologize!
We hope you have since found a lovely home.
Expérience négative: The lady was super rude and I would never rent off of someone who isn't nice even in a phone call. I don't suggest anyone to rent from them. She was asking me personal questions when it is none of her business. So overall that was the worst experience I have ever had DONT RECOMEND ANYONE TO CALL THEM.
Hi Angie and thanks for your feedback. We are sorry that you felt we were intrusive but our standard screening questions help us assess a proper fit for the building, owner and you.
We hope you found a great home and are happy with your new landlord.
