Expérience fantastique: I had an epdm flat roof installed beneath a 3rd floor townhouse deck. The deck had to be removed and put back on. The membrane looked neatly and carefully installed. In addition, damaged/rotting deck boards were replaced as necessary. The crew was polite and professional. I would definitely use this company’s services again. 2nd service review: I had an ice and water shield installed as well as metal capping to deal with an ice damming issue. Nash and Jorge worked efficiently and explained what they had done. A 2nd good experience. Thank you.

Expérience fantastique: Called AAA roofmasters first thing in the morning after receiving a phone call from my parents that a raccoon tore up their roof pretty good. It was a rainy day so I was looking at getting someone over as soon as possible. By 1pm same day someone had shown up and started the repair, which was done by 4pm. This level of service is hard to come by these days, so don’t think twice to reach out to these guys for all your roof needs.

Expérience fantastique: A leaky roof is never ideal for any homeowner, especially with a flat roof. So when it came to addressing the leak around the seal of our roof drain, we were struggling with finding a solution because the roof itself was still in good shape. Before coming across AAA Roofmasters, other contractors didn’t want to entertain a drain fix and were offering only a full rooftop replacement. Thanks to Jason and his team at AAA Roofmasters, they were able to inspect the drain and provide us with an economical solution until we decide to improve the flat roof with a slanted design in the future. And when the time comes for the replacement, we will definitely be returning to AAA Roofmasters for understanding our needs and overall professionalism.

I needed someone to fix my roof and I couldn’t remember the name of the company I used in 2022 so I called around and I realized after contacting this company it was the same one that helped me on an urgent issue prior. He came across very professional and very thoughtful to my particular situation here, I have a very slow leak and need to get quotes on the job here at my house. I've had about three or four other companies come and some of these sales people don't even get back to you when they said they would. It's like why did you even bother coming here. I want nothing to do with their companies, but with someone like Jason you appreciate their thoughtfulness and professionalism. Whoever owns this company (AAA Roofmasters) would be wise to make sure he keeps working for your company, because it makes people want to actually use this company. Expérience négative: I was driving on Hurontario just past Dundas (otherwise known ah hwy 5 &10) at approximately 10:40am on Sat. Mar. 1st (this is a very high traffic intersection in Mississauga for those who don’t know). The driver was exiting a commercial centre, attempting to merge into northbound traffic. He almost hit the driver in front of me but then cut me off abruptly causing me to stomp on my breaks. I heard a loud thud in the back because the force caused my dogs to fall over. My older dog struggles with anxiety so I especially don’t apprecite this reckless driver’s behaviour. It might be wise to enrol in a driver’s etiquette course before operating a vehicle clad with your company’s name, website and phone number. If it was an outsourced contractor, then vet the contractor’s driving record (just a suggestion). If you were in fact the owner driving then the lack of business savvy speaks for itself. If there was an option to give zero stars, I would have. Your treatment of the general public reveals you are willing to put people’s safety at risk for the benefit of saving your self ten seconds during your commute. This is not someone I would trust to operate on my roof. I would not recommend anyone hire someone who treats the general public the way this driver did. I took these photos at the redlight approaching Hurontario/ Hillcrest and Kirwin intersection (Kirwin goes eastbound; Hillcrest goes westbound). Also, I noticed the Canadian flags plastered all over your van. As a born and raised Canadian, I don’t think the behaviour exhibited by this driver is consistent with the values that Canadians stand for. P.S. If something happened to my dogs, I would have sent you an invoice of the vet bill.

He was quick and efficient contacting us, coming out immediately the next morning. He located our issue and helped resolved it in a very timely manner. Thank you Roy!

Expérience négative: Nails, and debris is left and piled on my front step and my front window to where myself children or dog could have easily stepped on it, and I do not appreciate them using my hydro without my consent, even after unplugging their tools multiple times!!

Expérience fantastique: IN MILTON, ON, we needed a quick repair on a customers roof due to the landscaping we were doing… AAA Masters roofing replied right away and arrived the next morning to fix the eaves trough that had separated from the roof! They also took down the rest of the leaves that were stuck to the brick when they were up there! So appreciative of their professionalism and promptness and I would highly recommend them! So reliable! Look at all the vines we took down! When pulling them down, they caused us to need AAA Roof Masters as the eaves trough pulled away from the roof -ALL FIXED! ✅✅✅⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Expérience négative: These guys did work on the small roof out the front of my house to prevent any leaks. In doing it, they damaged part of the crown molding and then said they wanted more money to repair that as it was rotted. End of the day, you broke it so you should fix it, regardless if it was rotting. It’s there for asthetics, and now it’s broken. Annoyed me and the neighbors and I’m sure they will be writing reviews about this also. —- Just a follow up on this. So, after their message below, I emailed them a week ago and they never even responded to me. They didnt care, just pretended they did by adding the response. This is the type of people you are dealing with. BEWARE and AVOID!!!

Expérience fantastique: In August I had AAA reattach a piece of soffit at the roof peak of my house. While up there Roy's crewman found an area of faulty roof replacement where plywood was layered leaving the plywood exposed to the elements. Roy arranged to return,and then removed this plywood and placed proper plywood, underlayment and new shingles on the roof.

They quickly repaired it. They also gave some advice on how to do my indoor drywall repair. Great service, very professional.

Expérience fantastique: In mid-February of this year, my flat roof began to leak right in the middle of selling my home, a semi-detached dwelling. A fix by a another company failed, so I contacted my previous roofer (retired) for a recommendation to replace the roof. He went out of his way (thank you Paul) and contacted AAA Roofmasters for me, connecting me with Scott and then Stephen. AAA came and inspected the roof and discussed the repairs in person, provided a written quote and we arranged the date. It would take the crew two days to complete the job. My "repair" was rather urgent (I had to take the house off the market AND rainstorms were on their way) so AAA Roofmasters decided (unbeknownst to me) to send two crews to complete the job in a single day!!! That was followed up by two supervisors who came over to inspect the work. To say I was thrilled and impressed is an understatement. The crews were fabulous, very patient with my previous neighbour (who can be a handful), and respectful of my property, cleaning everything up after the installation. They also took before and after pictures (very important for insurance purposes). Pricing was also very fair. Excellent work, excellent care, excellent service. Also, a good friend, who has had many, many flat roofs replaced on his properties over the years, commented on the photos of the completed roof. "Glad you got someone so thorough. Nicely finished product. I really liked the way they did things." I would not hesitate to recommend AAA Roofmasters to anyone looking a roof repair or replacement. The first three photos are of the old, asphalt roof. The last two are of a beautiful, new, flat roof by AAA Roofmasters....and yes, it passed the monsoon test with flying colours!!!

Luis Rauda was my primary contact and he was very responsive and helpful in addressing my concerns. During the process, there were some issues with lack of communication from the service department but Luis promptly addressed them and the job was completed on time as promised by Luis. I appreciated his keen interest in the follow through and ensuring a positive customer experience for me.

They scheduled me in on a Monday for roof replacement but came on the Thursday week before to patch the spots since it was going to rain all weekend. The crew came early morning at 8am, explained what they were going to do in terms of adding a tarp to floor in backyard and dumpster in driveway for garbage or debris. They took their time to ensure it was done properly and cleaned up after them selves, even used a leafs blower to remove the small pieces of wood and stuff that came off. They even a crew member using the rolling magnetic to collect nails that came down onto the driveway/backyard. Highly recommended to use. Thank you for the quick service and a job well done.

He was knowledgeable and thorough in putting together options and then an estimate for us. I feel like I can trust his advice and that he was taking care of our needs. Highly recommend.

Expérience négative: Has become the worst roofing company imaginable. Replaced our roof in the summer of 2018 after a major windstorm, but did not inform us of a structural problem, and the roof ended up with a gigantic gap in the front and middle. Owner and management would not take responsibility for their work. They just wanted the money, and made excuses. I would advise working with roofers that work with insurance companies. They are liable and responsible for their work. These low-class companies just care about money, and have no clue about the consequences of not maintaining high quality work. Pay more, and do not be fooled by unqualified and incompetent companies.

Expérience négative: Worst experience. Office was not responsive to calls during the job. Fence was damaged and was not reported until we saw it. Materials were placed in the garden and crushed plants. Nails and cigarette butts left all over the place that we had to clean up. They repaired the fence finally. In recent winds a piece of flashing came down. What can we expect over the winter? This used to be a good contractor but NEVER again.

Luis Rauda and his co worker came to give an estimate recently. Once again we were very satisfied with their assessment of the issue , and have contracted to have the work done. Very attentive and personable people to deal with at this company . Would recommend their services at any time.
