It’s almost end of February now. He did even find a single client. He keep telling me stories every day. I told him I want to cancel my agreement with him and he keeps ignoring me. He is not cancelling my agreement and neither giving me any updates regarding any viewing.I have no review at all since I signed the agreement with him .I trusted the wrong person.

Expérience négative: I was initially looking for an estimate of house value in my area, only to have had my information directly sent to Rick. Ever since this happened, he continuously harasses me even though I’ve told him I’m not interested numerous times. He showed up to my house, and sat on my porch even though I told him I’m not interested. After several attempts of telling him I do not want his business & to leave my property, he still texted me 1 week later completely dismissing all I’ve said. Expect to have non stop spam email from him. Expect to feel pressured, forced and completely unnatural if you go with Rick! Even if you don’t go with him, he will still use scare tactics into making you feel like you need to sell your home right away. This is completely inappropriate and wrong.
