When we first reached out to him for assistance in early 2023 we were really more in a "contemplative" phase and were undecided about purchasing or continuing to rent. Despite our inconsistent contact he was always prompt in his responses and enthusiastic to help. He was clear and direct when he felt that a house was likely not going to suit our needs. Honesty was not an issue.
