Expérience fantastique: I met Donna by enquiring about a house I liked. She responded to me right away and offered to help me find the right house. She quickly sent me an email with a portal link to make my search easier and that if I had any questions, I could contact her anytime. It did not take me long to find the right house for me. I was not able to see the house for myself as I live to far away. I had Donna meet my son-in-law at the house for a viewing. I was connected to FaceTime. She took her time and showed me the entire house and backyard and answered all my questions. I right away put an offer in and Donna proposed it to the Sellers that same evening. The process went very smoothly and I was able to acquire the purchase of the house. Donna then arranged for a lawyer to call me right away, which he did. She also recommended an inspection company to me with their information and I called them that same day and a date of the house inspection was confirmed. Donna has been enormous help to me from purchasing the house and getting the lawyer and inspection organized for me very quickly. As everyone knows, selling and buying a house is very stressful but, Donna has done all the hard work for me and took the stress off of me. Donna, I want to give you a big Thanks YOU!!! And I will recommend you to anyone I know who is shopping for a house. Again, thank you so very much.

Expérience négative: We purchased a home in red deer with Donna Once we were moved into Our home we noticed some serious issues with the home. The seller was not honest in declaring whether the home had electric or plumbing Deficiencies when we tried to get her to help us out how to rectify our problems with the seller she basically didn't want to help and told us to speak with a lawyer. One issue was the seller stated The hot water tank was just replaced when in actuality it's over 20 years old .The seller had clearly lied in his listing which she knew about. She refused to help out. Very disappointed.
I'm sorry to see your disappointment, I did recommend a home inspection prior to purchasing the home, which would have identified any plumbing and electrical issues and the age of the hot water tank. Also, I did text the listing Realtor and asked the age of the hot water tank and forwarded that information onto you (the sellers response was 'I'm thinking 2008, but not sure'). Also, this was not my listing and therefore I did not prepare any of the information that was on the listing sheet. I am always willing to help in anyway I can, but can only advise my clients in the area that I am an expert in. Please feel free to call me if you wish to discuss further.

We stumbled on her by accident just searching for homes and after looking at a couple with her we realized we totally trust her to look out for our best interests and by default she became our realtor- with zero pressure from her at any time! As first time home buyers we didn't know what to expect and were often unaware of how it all worked, but Donna knew what questions to ask and what to look for and was very honest with what were red flags in certain places- it truly felt like she was on our side and that we weren't just another customer.
