We can’t say enough positive comments about Shane Bennett at Coldwell Banker in his approach and interactions with our son and fiancé with their first time home purchase in Yellowknife. A bit of context, Shane was the buyer’s (our son) agent and while the closing of the sale technically happened on the agreed to date, the outstanding issues around the closing took 5 plus days to deal with and Shane was there every step of the way supporting both the seller(who was using a different agency/agent) and the buyer (our son). The disappointing part of this was the seller’s agent appearing to be absent and no visible coverage from that agency on a very challenging closing transition. Shane stepped up, went above and beyond, and not only do we owe him our gratitude for his professionalism and efforts, the other agent/agency does as well.
