I highly recommend using her if you are interested in real estate in the Whistler area even if you’re just thinking about it and wanting to learn more. I originally contacted Jane and told her I was just “window shopping” and not necessarily looking to buy. She said that it was fine and willing to meet with me, show me some properties and educate me about real estate in Whistler. And educate me she did! Jane taught me all about Whistler’s very complex market with many different types of home and creative forms of ownership. It was a lot to take in. I met with her two to three more times over the course of ~6 months, and each time she helped me learn more about the market and again with no guarantee that I would make a purchase. When I eventually did find a unit that I thought would work for me, she was very patient with me and continued to give me incredibly valuable advice and assistance. I took an aggressive stance on my offer, and she stood by me and didn’t put any pressure at all to change my offer. When it came to completing the transaction, Jane kept me organized and on track. She had a Rolodex full of helpful and knowledgeable people that could help with any question or issue – insurance, inspection, property management, legal, accounting, etc. In the end everything worked out great. I am writing this review from my unit in Whistler after enjoying a bluebird day skiing on the mountain. I have been happy with my purchase decision, and all the help Jane provided.

We had no idea where to get started as we realized we had to perform the entire transaction remotely. Jane was referred to us by friends and she did a phenomenal job from start to finish.
