I was pretty apprehensive about the whole selling my home thing, but Kelsey and Natalie showed up for our first meeting to mull over some of the ins and outs of listing my home for sale and the rest is history after that. Moving forward I mainly dealt with Kelsey, who was always happy to deal with the myriad of questions I had (there were A LOT), provided excellent market advice and was on the ball with every step of the sale from start to finish. I was able to walk away with more than I originally expected and the sale happened before we even officially listed. That was the best part, there was no sign on the lawn, no staging required (although they include that in their advertisements), no repetitive showings/open houses; it was a breeze. It had to be the easiest sale I’ve seen in a long time and I think that has a lot to do with pricing it right with respect to the market at the time I was ready to sell and just having such a great team working behind the scenes.
