Then we were outgrowing it especially the driveway! Expérience négative: We are about to purchase a home as well as sell a home. Herre are the reasons why I will not list or buy with One Oak Real Estate EXP Realty In dealing with one of the agents as a tenant in the home of a current listing - our belongings were not treated with respect - leading to personal injury as well as financial loss to broken and damaged items . when we came back with a complaint about our items being shoved into closets - a comment was made about getting a cleaner in - implying that the way we lived in our home that we pay rent for was not approved of buy the listing agent. When showing requests were made, if we disagreed or said no to a showing - we were met with rude responses as to why it didn't matter what worked for us for showing times,- it only mattered when the real estate agents and potential home buyers were available. our schedule was not of any importance. Although it was stated that the agent "tried" to make requests of times that worked for us, that was not apparent to us in any way. When it was mentioned that we would make sure the lawn was mowed (even though we keep on top of lawn care and have purchased equipment to do so) we were told "yes, I would expect that" When we provided a reasonable showing time schedule as suggested on the RTB website - and just asked that we be told 24 hours in advance if possible of a showing time we were told it was either an agreed show time OR 24 hours. when all we wanted to know was if someone was not going to be in the home during an approved time so that we wouldn't have to get our family of 5 out of the home if Noone was going to be there. Consistantly showings were asked for during meal times and bed times, and when we said those didn't work , we were threatened with 30 days' notice to end tenancy with cause. We were not provided with any guidelines on how the home should look for photos and videos , and when we suggested that for future tenants , they may want to be provide a recommended list of what the listing agent would want - we were told that they have never had to move as much stuff as they did in our home. I spoke with the tenancy board , showing the home is not for rearranging items or moving personal items and furniture. The agent is not supposed to touch any belongings. While I did say that they could move some things around, I did not intend to be injured or have items ruined. or to have my choldrens belongings moved by a photographer whom I have never met. During open houses , our neighbors informed us that our doors were left wide open with our animals in the home, and we came home to many wasps and bugs inside the home. Bottom line - Even tenants deserve respect. if you are a tenant in a home that is listed by this boutique agency, I would love to know if your experience was similar to ours.

Expérience négative: Had recent dealings with a realtor here through my realtor, and it was absolutely terrible. Very unprofessional and disrespectful how they approached my realtor about some problems that they overlooked, and proceeded to accuse us as the sellers, on the issues that came up. And even after providing sufficient evidence that it was not our fault, the realtor proceeded to bring out other issues that weren’t even related to the contract. We had fulfilled our end of the contract, even going beyond and bending over backwards to make sure the buyers were going to be happy and make it easy for them to move in. Didn’t get so much as an apology for there accusations or a thank you for going beyond and saving the buyers thousands of dollars and from being homeless for a month. The only thing we got from this company were demands and accusations, that came from lack of doing their job properly, and putting the blame on others instead of owning up to their mistakes. Will have no future dealings if this company is involved. I don’t usually like to leave reviews but this was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a realtor company, and was shocked with the treatment we received. No one whether buying or selling a house should have to go through this, and be accused or disrespected the way they did it to us, especially when it was their fault for not doing there job properly.
